I want to give a three star but... I don't remember having this problem in the past, but maybe they reorganized their ingredient containers. Here's my concern... well, I have two. First, they put their shredded cheese next to the guacamole. Inevitably cheese will get, and does, into the guac. This wouldn't be a problem, but I'm very lactose intolerant. Each time I have to ask the server if they have other guac available, and while they accommodate, it's a hassle having to be the one to ask and is awkward, especially if you get someone who doesn't "get" your concern. My other, and probably more valid concern is that on this day (8/11/22 1:38 pm as stated on my receipt) there was a staff member literally cleaning the glass where the ingredients are, on the staff side, with some blue spray cleaner. And while he was spraying it onto paper towels first, it was clearly dripping off the paper towels. I was starving and with my mom who was starving, and so didn't want to make an issue of it and hoped that none of it got in my burrito. I also didn't want to get that young staff member in trouble but... hopefully through this you can remind all staff not to clean the glass while there is food there, exposed. And I'm hoping that was a non-toxic cleaner, but it's a disinfectant, so I'm not sure how that is possible. Other than those concerns, and worry that there was still cheese in my burrito because the container they pulled the other guac from looked used already... the burrito was tasty. Just not enjoyable. Also, most of the tables had not been cleaned. Even though there were not many people sitting and eating. There were maybe eight people dining in. Oh, and while I'm at it, the music was also loud dance music. It just wasn't conducive to a good meal experience. Perhaps if I was in my 20's and into bad music, this would have been an enhancement. But maybe I'm just getting too old for Chipotles. That may have been my last time at...
Read moreI was a regular who grabbed lunch here on my work breaks a couple times a week. Today they lost my business. After over a year of inconsistent seasoning, cross-contamination (finding meat in my queso or veggie bowl), dirty surfaces and undercooked rice, I cannot continue to frequent this location. Today I ordered to-go, took my food back to work and the rice was only half cooked. It was disgusting and I couldn't eat more than a few bites. About an hour and a half later I was literally ill. I returned to speak with the manager after work. The first one was rude (they were busy, but that's not really a good excuse). The second, Brian, wasn't rude, but he was totally unhelpful, lacked customer service skills and couldn't even look me in the eye. I explained my experience, requested a refund and a large chips and queso but was told they could refund my burrito bowl or make me a new one, but they couldn't "give" me chips and queso. First of all, I didn't ask for it for free, but they were quick to refuse any concessions for the inconvenience and negative experience. That is insulting. Chipotle used to be better than this, this location used to be better than this. It's a good thing there are several other options in the area, I'm not sure I'll ever come back to...
Read moreI’ve been to a lot of chipotles around the country and I must say this one right here is the most ghettoest one I’ve ever been now I hate to use this term, but can someone make chipotle? Great again I remember when you’re getting a burrito bowl no one question your portion as far as what could fit in the bowl, and also since before, and after the pandemic, chipotle is charging for the amount of tortillas, instead of putting a limit on the amount you can get, I wish chipotle would go back to the good old days. I don’t know why you’re arguing with the customer about how much rice they want and the business model that you have before work just fine that’s what brought in all your customers. I don’t know why you all are so stingy on the food. You can only keep it up for a certain amount of time and then you throw it away or at the end of the night if you don’t use everything you throw it away everything has an expiration date, so I don’t know why people are...
