Taco Bell — Restaurant in New Castle

I've been coming here a lot the passed two years and everything has been okay up until now...my soft taco was wet , my potatoes were hard like they been made hours ahead of time, crunchwrap was wet... I walked in and said hi to one of the workers , well apparently he thinks he's on a street corner with his big gold chain and grabbing his genitals when I walk into the restaurant and trying to walk with "swag" and didn't say anything back, he just pretended to be intimidating around 830 pm just now... Im assuming he's on break but whatever why is he up walking around the front register trying to intimidate customers ??????? So I wait for my food and I see it sitting there on the counter and nobody called my wife's name or number..so I walked up and asked for the 2 medium cups I was supposed to receive and I get attitudes again with no talking... And the Mexican girl that helped me get somebody walks away and says she hates "white people" and the guy that handed me the cups laughed that she said it... Pretty disgusting atmosphere to be honest..if I could I would rate it zero stars but because of my Previous experiences I'm rating 2 stars.. work on not...

I went thru drive thru but ended up having to go in. Okay so i could not find my wallet and had ordered too much for the cash i had on me so i. An elled my slushie. I found my wallet after oaying for my fiid in drive thru. At the window i then asked to pay for my slushie and was told i had to come into the store. Came in with no issue bit then everythi g inside was automated and i had to reorder. Okay,cool. I head the young man at the window say she is the one who ordered the slushies but no one brpught it out to ring me up. I then placed the order and paid via the automated system and still it took a while to recieve my slushie and without a smile.

There was also an older gentleman waiting at the register. I informed him that he had to order online cause no one was working the register. He asked for help and i assisted him. While i was assisting him the girl bought out my slushie. Did not offer to conti ue to help this customer as I WAS ALSO A CUSTOMER. I completed his order and took his paymemt. Smh HORRIBLE SERVICE. AND I ASKED FOR SAUCE AND NEVER GOT IT.....yeah went inside and...

This is the worst Taco Bell I have EVER been to and I thought I had been to some bad ones...the lady at the drive thru kept interrupting is. She also gave us zero time to look at the menu and decide what we wanted. We go to the window and the person was tapping their fingers impatiently at us even though we weren't being slow. Then we're given the wrong food! The have the doors locked and they would answer if you knocked so we had to go back through the drive thru. A different lady came on, she was nicer but you couldn't understand anything she said. We go up to the window and they toss the food at us. Didn't give us silverware (needed for the festive cheesy potatoes), no napkins and the cheese cup for my nachos wasn't even filled half way up. I hope nobody ever goes there for the simple fact nobody should give their hard earned money to such incompetent workers.

Oh, and while we are out food in the parking lot we saw SIX other customers try to go inside to complain about their orders as well so we weren't the only ones they...
