I went through the drive through on a busy Saturday night, I ordered a 10 pc nugget and 2 small French fries for my 2 grandkids, I was told to pull to the window without telling me the total. At the window I was told the total was $14.97, I said I think that’s to much, she told me the prices have gone up and she gave me my change, which wasn’t correct as I should have gotten 3 cents back from the $15 I ga e her and she gave me .14 cents back. I asked for my receipt and was told that I would get it at the next window. I pull to the next window and the food is almost tossed at me and I checked the back and asked for my receipt. And was told they do not give receipts at that window. I told her that’s what I was told at the last window. And she repeated herself and said well we don’t give them at this window. I said well I want my receipt because I’m sure I was overcharged. She told me to go park in spot 5, where I waited almost 10 and had contact with another young lady that was very polite. She said someone would be out to help me soon, the 2nd time she came out, she said someone would bring me my receipt soon. Finally a woman came out and asked me “what’s the problem?” I said I’m pretty sure I was over charged and she said “ what did ya get?” I told her my order of a 10 pc nugget and 2 small fries - and she said well 2 ten pc nuggets and a small fry is about that much. I told her again that I only got 1 ten pc nugget and 2 small fries and she said that the price I was charged was about right. And that she looked for my receipt but couldn’t find it. I told her I was sure I was being over charged and she told me she could write me a hand written receipt . Now what good would a hand written receipt do for me, ? Nothing, I told her I would talk to a manager and she sneered at me and said “ I am the manager, I said that I would talk to the GM. In which I have contacted corporate and no one has ever called...
Read moreMy children and I went 3/2/23. The schools were locked down to threats. I took them there being I picked them up early...before lunch time. Spent almost 60. They WERENT BUSY WHAT SO EVER. however being it was 5 meals they asked me to pull to 3rd window. 15 mins later my oldest and I watched a worker give half our order to another car at the pick up spot. I stopped him on his way back in. Asked about ours. He handed me the bag....which was our burgers (without the fries) he apologized and said he accidentally gave the other half to that car. I told him it was fine just get the rest....15 mins later I'm watching cars come and go. I pre-ordered ahead on the app as well. After bout 20 mins sitting again...about 35 mins total. I reversed back to the 2nd window (no cars in drive thru at this time) I explained to the woman how long its been. She handed me the order however by this time everything we had was cold. Told them I wanted new...manager (white guy, refused to give me his name, and wasn't wearing a name tag) told me to go back to the 3rd window and wait again....I refused. We had been there waiting by this time a good 45 mins. (Again they weren't busy whatsoever) he called the cops cause I said I was contacting corporate. I pulled off. Cops came to my house SMH which was embarrassing I did nothing wrong. Cop said their families have had the same issue. Upon contacting corporate they took down my info, and the franchise manager reached out. I was at work she left a voicemail. I return her call and left all the information. It's been almost 3 weeks still no refund. I am now contacting my attorney. The manager was belittling and disrespectful (racist I'm positive) I was degraded in front of my children and the cops were called because I said I was contacting corporate.....not refunded or apologized too. i will never give my business to this one again....my attorney will be reaching out!...
Read moreI have visited twice in the last two days.. Both Times the window staff hardly can speak any english and pretty much slam the widow in your face without getting my order correct, and last night I waited 5 minutes before she even opened the window back up to see if I needed help.. WHAT IS THIS .....This is the USA I have no problem with employing all nationalities but when the are rude and do not take the time to help because they either do not understand the english language or nor care to take the time to understand then they should not be employed by a huge franchise in the USA.... What is really funny is that everyone taking the orders in the drive in window are americans or speak and understand perfect until u get up to the window to get your order..

Stopped in again this time they forgot half my order .. if they can not speak or read english why not give the job to somebody who wants it.. McDonalds better get there act together.. Update - getting better but still bad. They are replacing the non english staff with english speaking . But they hide them in areas where think is ok like first drive through window , its all good untill the order needs to change then heaven help you . Everybody needs a job but we need to stop just giving show up awards .
Update well My friends have move from Oregon . The first thing he said whats up with that McDonalds , I told him under no circumstances should he ever go there , horrible service, miserable employees and never ever leave without checking your order.. So my wife was going to get our breakfast and made the mistake of going there.. No has browns, diet coke instead of regular coke ..
how hard is it stop letting your employees do what they want stop being afraid of the outcome , fire them get better managers, the owner is an idiot.. they let anybody but into a franchise they clearly only care about...
