Update(4/12/23): Now it's been a little bit since our last purchase. This time around with the 3 cheese steaks we ordered. Very disappointing the lack of steak in two of the sandwiches left me really confused, and my teens not happy. Almost looks like two of the sandwiches are sharing what one sandwich had in the amount of meat. I typically purchase 6 to 7 cheesesteaks and some appetizers. They typically are decently filled. This is not what I was expecting glad I didn't purchase more this time.

I love that they mark sandwiches as typically they are way different. We typically get raw onions on and on the side. The service was great we were greeted basically after entering. Person was busy so being greeted after getting half way to counter is understandable. Anyone tells you differently then they are only looking at it from their point of view.

They completely finished the reno they started during the pandemic and it really brightness the place up. New windows are a nice touch. My apologies for not going these more often. As this was one of the main spots I visited during the pandemic to feed my large family after long hours in Healthcare IT.

Its not awful; but it wont ever be what you want or ordered. Order a buffalo chicken wrap? It will come with buffalo or ranch, not both it was supposed to come with. It also will come with iceberg lettuce, not the romaine promised. Want to order a pepperoni Stromboli with onions and peppers? You'll get sausage instead. Is it bad? No. is it what you wanted and thought you'd get? Also, no. Want a salad? Don't worry, it won't come with the croutons or cheese its supposed to have, but it will still be okay. They just forgot... again. Is it bad? Again, no. Disappointing? Definitely, yes. This isn't rocket science... but you'll be disappointed. This is Pat's across the board. Usually have a pretty good experience with Pat’s. Recently placed an order on 5/29 with Philadelphia Pike. Had a problem with my order being cold and asked to speak to a manager to avoid confrontation with an employee. Spoke with “manager” and he immediately yelled at me, saying I always have a problem every time I order from them. Couldn’t believe I was getting talked to this way, especially since I am a regular customer. Was not able to get the name of this manager as I was rushed off the phone.
