Seasons Pizza — Restaurant in Delaware

LET ME TELL EVERYONE HOW A WAITRESS AT SEASONS PIZZA AT MIDWAY SHOPPING CENTER ON KIRKWOOD HIGHWAY TREATED MY 86 YEAR OLD MOTHER. MY MOTHER ORDERED A PIZZA ON ONE SIDE OF THE RESTAURANT. THIS SIDE WAS BUSY, SO SHE WENT TO THE SECTION WHERE THERE WAS ONLY ONE TABLE WHERE A WAITRESS WAS WORKING. MY MOTHER ASKED THAT WAITRESS FOR A GLASS OF WATER SO THAT SHE COULD TAKE HER MEDICINE. THE WAITRESS REFUSED TO GIVE HER A GLASS OF WATER ON THIS EXTREMELY HOT DAY. ANOTHER WAITRESS WENT TO GIVE MY MOTHER A GLSS OF WATER AND THIS DARK HAIRED WAITRESS ACTUALLY STOPPED THE OTHER WAITRESS FROM GIVING MY MOTHER THE WATER. MY 86 YEAR OLD MOTHER WAS SO UPSET THAT SHE CALLED ME CRYING. I CONTCTED THE GENERAL MANAGER NAMED GEORGE. HE SAID THAT HE WOULD TALK TO THE WAITRESS AND HE TOLD ME TO CALL HIM BACK ANOTHER DAY. I CALLED BACK TODAY AND HE SAID THIS WAITRESS HAS WORKED FOR SEASOS PIZZA FOR SOME TIME, BUT SHE ONLY WORKS HERE 1 DAY A WEEK (WHICH IS NOT TRUE BECAUSE SHE WORKED AT LEAST TWO DAYS HERE THIS WEEK). HE SAID HE WROTE HER UP, BUT DID NOT FIRE HER. I CANNOT BELIEVE THAT ANY HUMAN BEING WOULD DENY A SENIOR CITIZEN A GLASS OF WATER, ESPECIALLY ON A SCORCHING HOT DAY. I WOULD NEVER GO TO SEASONS PIZZA EVER AGAIN. WHY WOULD OTHR SEASONS PIZZA RESTAURANTS HAVE THIS WAITRESS EMPLOYED BY THEM? PLEASE, EVERYONE, AS LONG AS THIS WAITRESS WORKS HERE, DO NOT GIVE THIS SEASONS PIZZA YOUR BUSINESS. THE GENERAL MANAGER REFUSED TO GIVE ME THE NAME OF THIS WAITRESS. HE SAID IT IS "AGANST THE LAW." DELIVERY DRIVER DIDN'T EVEN ASK ME IF I NEEDED CHANGE. SUCH A SHAME! PAPPY'S PIZZA TOOK PRIDE IN MAKING GREAT EXCELLENT TASTING QUALITY FOODS FOR ITS CUSTOMER'S. REPLACED BY SEASON'S PIZZA IN MIDWAY PLAZA. I ORDERED A GLUTEN FREE PIZZA WITH CHICKEN & BANANA PEPPERS, THEY TOOK IT UPON THEMSELVES TO PUT HOTSAUCE ON MY PIZZA INSTEAD OF PIZZA SAUCE, SO IF THE GLUTEN-FREE DOUGH DIDN'T GET COOKED ALL THE WAY, DID THE CHICKEN EVEN GET COOKED ALL THE WAY? THEN YOU MAY SEE THEY SLICED RIGHT THROUGH THE PIZZA IN THROUGH THE ALUMINUM PAN THEY COOKED IT ON. I REALLY LOVE CRUST WITH MY PIZZA & AS YOU MAY SEE THIS CRUST IS BURNT TO THE PAN. I UNDERSTAND GLUTEN ALLERGIES & CROSS CONTAMINATION IS A HUGE ORDEAL IN SOCIETY. THESE BUSINESSES MAKE SO MUCH $$$ HOW ABOUT PUTTING BACK INTO THE COMPANY FOR ANOTHER PIZZA OVEN FOR CELIAC DISEASED CUSTOMER'S? IT'S NOT THAT HARD TO DO SOMETHING THE PROPER WAY THOROUGHLY & CORRECTLY! NOT SURE WHAT I ATE, HOPE NOT ALUMINUM FOIL, I'VE GOT A SEVERE HEADACHE THAT JUST SPIKED FROM OUT OF NOWHERE. IT IS A THIN CRUST GLUTEN-FREE PIZZA, HOW MUCH PRESSURE DO YOU REALLY HAVE TO USE TO SLICE THE PIZZA( CHECK OUT PHOTOS )? I MAY JUST THROW THIS PIZZA OUT NOW. I will never order from this place AGAIN! First they forgot my cheese steak okay not a big deal they did call promptly to let me know the problem was I was already home and noticed the same thing about to call them. Next I was told they have a delivery driver there right now and we can have it right to you. I thought awesome great service. Well my family starts eating and they start complaining all the fried orders was under cook. Over 30 minutes goes by still no cheese steak, I called and asked where my order was I was met with attitude by the person answering the phone and the said let me look a second later she gets back on the phone and says it will be there any second. Five minutes later the delivery driver shows up hands me the food as I was calling back asking for the manager. He stomps off and mumbles that cheaper f'er. While trying to get a hold of a manager I was again met with attitude from a male that answered this time. I waited on hold for at least 5 minutes for the manager and one he answered he was rude like I was interrupting him. After that I then asked to speak to his boss someone outside of the store and some lady on the other end after I was passed off yet again said the only person higher than me is the vice president of the company.
