SCAM ALERT DO NOT patronize this location. I wish I could give zero stars!

I went there to get my daughter a kids' meal with sesame chicken and fried rice. A female employee who had been there for just 1.5 weeks told me they no longer offer samples, despite having given us one last time. I accepted this and ordered the kids' meal. At the register, she asked what drink I wanted, and I chose a fountain drink, which should be included with the kids' meal. However, she overcharged me by adding the drink as an extra item.

The manager, who was very incompetent, seems like a scam artist came over and said he had to call his manager to address the issue. Instead of correcting the mistake, he made a lame excuse and lied saying it was the girls first day told me to contact customer care. When I did, customer care was shocked that the store wouldn't just refund my money. I waited while they tried to talk to the manager, King (pictured b, who then asked me to leave the store without any explanation.

They even called the police on me, and when the officer arrived, he was confused by the situation and advised me to dispute the charge with my bank and even gave me a police report number to give to bank. I left without the food, money or an original receipt, and they gave me a hard time over their mistake. SCAM

First visit/order. Not impressed. My order was made online as takeout, and PayPal'd. Picked it up and drove home for the day. Ordered 2 entree plate and what should have been Honey Sesame Chicken turned out to be String Bean Chicken. Also ordered 3 entree plate, and what should have been the 3rd selection, they stuck into a tiny takeout container that holds maybe 4 tablespoons ... a sample ... not an entree portion. I saw someone else's review complain that their 3rd wasn't put in a second box, I would've preferred it as the plate portions were acceptable. Lastly, I saw the Apple Pie egg rolls, and felt the urge to try them. Website menu said a large order was 6 ... I got 4. Again my first visit. Because a coworker had gone to the one in his neighborhood in Bear, and raved about the Hot Ones Bourbon Chicken. I had to try it. But, my first visit will be my only visit. Too many private shops to ever get pillaged by these Panda Pirates again. BTW: Hot Ones Chicken was good, but no where as spicy as my coworker made...

Was eating here at least once a week, unfortunately the new staff has an attitude problem. Ordered a bigger plate, and only received 2 of the 3 entres. Apparently asking for what you paid for, is seen as some form of disrespect. They then demanded to see my food, (I had already showed the lady at the window), even after complying with the "demands" of the manager, she refused to give me the 3rd entre. As a last resort to resolve the situation, I politely asked for a refund. I was then told, "we don't do refunds, call corporate". I said ok, and asked for the managers name. She then refused to give her name. The food is decent, but if you have an issue, don't expect the staff to treat you with respect, or even give you what you paid for, obviously I could have made it a bigger issue, but 1 entre isn't worth the headache. HOPEFULLY THEY WILL BRING BACK THE OLD STAFF, PEOPLE WITH RESPECT FOR OTHER HUMANS, NOT A BUNCH OF...

I decided to treat myself to dinner on a Friday night, after a long work week. To my surprise, my food was lukewarm, the noodle were really dry, and the portions were very small. I literally watched the server consistently pretend to pick up food with the tongs to place in the container. He pinched a small piece of food with the tongs no less than (3) times, pretending to grab more food in the tongs only to end with a small piece of food added to my container. I asked for my 3rd choice to be placed in their separate take-out container. When l arrived home the take-out container was only partially full (see photo). Panda Express, is too expensive for fast food take-out to not recieve healthy size portions, and full containers. Disappointed!

First time trying Panda Express. Better than expected. This is the on Kirkwood Hwy by Limestone Road. Food are fresh and taste are good considering it's fast food. We had Kung Pao Chicken, string Bean Chicken, Pepper Chicken, Mushroom Chicken and Grilled Teriyaki Chicken. Yea, we had all chicken as I am very particular with my beef. I was afraid their beef would be overkill, and I'm not much for fried food. To my taste, their noodle wasn't cooked enough. All the chicken were tender, even the white meat. I feel that baking powder was used as tenderize. It's ok but when over used, the meat loses their texture. All told food were tasty. I would come back. Place is clean and staff were friendly. Prices are very reasonable.
