i placed a mobile order at this location, didnât know the lobby was closed (the app doesnât say when the lobby closes, if it did i wouldnât have placed an order in the first place since i walked and didnât have my car). after a couple minutes went by, i politely tapped on the glass just to get someoneâs attention and the guy working signaled to me no and i was trying to wave him to come to the door just so i can tell him my situation and that i had a mobile order and he kept saying no, and then i signaled i didnât have a car and he signaled for me to walk around but the gesture in how he did it felt very belittling. before i move on, i feel as though this all wouldâve been avoided if someone had either came to the door and used their voice instead of signaling to me that the lobby was closed. but as embarrassing as this already is, i walk around the drive thru with a bunch of people in the drive thru just staring at me and when i get up to the window i tell the girl at the window âsorry, this is kind of embarrassingâ and she just goes âuh huhâ like ?? and i basically just said i placed a mobile order, they gave me my things, and i left. the way everyone was just signaling at me, the tone of the girl at the window, it all just rubbed me the wrong way and i felt unwelcome. like of course i completely understand policies and that after a certain time people cannot come into the lobby but again, the app did not say that so i assumed it was ok hence why i just politely tapped on the door just so i can pick up mobile order. and again, i feel like if someone just came to the door and like cracked the door and told me or just let me tell them that i literally walked and donât have my car, i feel like this all wouldâve been avoided. also (this is coming from someone who is unaware of the policies obviously) but i wouldnât have seen an issue with someone just coming to the door to hand me my mobile order, since there were 3 people working at the time, IF they wouldâve heard me out about my situation. after this whole interaction, i sat outside of this location visibly upset for a good 5 minutes due to pure embarrassment because i had to walk around the drive thru just to get my mobile order when i feel like it couldâve been avoided if someone just came to the door to hear me out. again, i donât know the starbucks policies, this is just my experience and...

So when I ordered a Chai latte, that tasted like coffee of some sort, I was confused and asked them to remake my drink.
