Horrible experience ever!!!! The owner MUST read my review that I’m giving because I as a customer am extremely disgusted with the attitude of the owner. So, we ordered our food at 4:45 pm, it was for two of us, and while we are placing order, the owner mentioned that if we want Thai tea without ice, it’s gonna cost us $2 more. We literally stared at her face and were surprised and chose not to argue and simply chose water, no ice. We placed the order of summer rolls and two drunken noodles( dinner size). After waiting for LITERALLY 40 MINUTES, we had to wave at the server to see where our food is, and they brought us less than half the portion. Knowing that the customers have been disappointed with the portion and on top of that, we were hungry, she didn’t consider apologizing and when we complaint about the portion, the owner interrupted the server and said, “What’s wrong, you don’t like it?” We replied, “the quantity doesn’t seem to be a dinner portion and it’s not even half of it.” The woman interrupted us with the statement, “ you don’t have to..” and we said, “ we said, “ we don’t have to what?” She said, “if you don’t want it I’ll take it back and bring you the check.” We were extremely hungry at the point she took the food but we felt insulted the way she didn’t address what the customer expects. If the price of drunken noodles is in their menu for $16.00, at least I should expect a decent amount in our plates. But unfortunately they lost their valued customers due to their lack of etiquette...

We spent a weekend in Rehoboth and had a craving for Thai food. After a quick Google search, we found a place called Secret Sauce with a 4.7-star rating, so we decided to give it a try. When we arrived, the restaurant was bustling with patrons, but no one was at the door to greet or seat us. All the servers seemed busy either taking orders or cleaning tables. We waited with an older couple who arrived after us, hoping someone would acknowledge us, but after about five minutes, the couple left. Still eager for Thai food, we stayed and eventually approached a server, who directed us to someone else.

Realizing the staff seemed overwhelmed, we opted for takeout and ordered the Pineapple Fried Rice and Green Curry with Avocado to enjoy at our hotel. Unfortunately, the food didn’t live up to our expectations. The Green Curry with Avocado was overly sweet and lacked flavor, more reminiscent of rice pudding than curry, and we couldn’t finish it. The Pineapple Fried Rice was just okay, but also on the sweet side. While the atmosphere and food were disappointing, the staff was courteous, and we appreciate their efforts despite being short-staffed, so we’re rating the service...

If you’re looking for an unforgettable dining experience in Delaware, The Secret Sauce Thai Kitchen in Rehoboth is a hidden gem you can’t afford to miss. As someone who’s tried Thai cuisine across Asia, I can confidently say this is one of the best Thai restaurants I’ve ever visited.

The food is nothing short of spectacular. Every dish bursts with authentic flavors that transport you straight to Thailand. But it’s the sticky rice with mango that truly stole my heart. I can't stop thinking about the perfect blend of sweet, tangy, and creamy textures that left a lasting impression long after the meal was over.

What makes the experience even better is the warm and welcoming atmosphere created by the owner and her staff. They are incredibly polite, friendly, and attentive, making sure every guest feels like family. Their hospitality adds a personal touch that elevates the dining experience even further.

Whether you’re a local or just passing through Rehoboth, The Secret Sauce Thai Kitchen is an absolute must-try. It’s a place where you’ll not only enjoy some of the best Thai food in the country but also leave with a smile on your face and a...

Stopped on a Wednesday afternoon, all I can say it is fabulous. From the sweet ladies who run the front of house to the delicious AUTHENTIC Thai food - it is now my go to restaurant. It is as though your Thai grandmother is cooking her best for you. I had the beef salad and drunken noodles (no meat). I have been fortunate to eat great Thai food for over 40 years, and this did not disappoint in any way. Beautiful food, carefully prepared with authentic ingredients. I cannot wait to go back and try all the inventive dishes they have.

Went here on on Thursday night. The were nearly full at 5:30 when we arrived and full when we left at 7:00. The inside has a fresh, inviting look. The staff are very friendly. The food took longer than is typical in a restaurant but that may have been because they are relatively new and it was very busy. They seem to have a lot of take-out, too. The food was excellent! Highly recommend these folks if you like Thai or other Asian food.

An enjoyable meal. I was a little disappointed in the heat level on the drunken noodles after so many positive reviews. It had little to no spice but was tasty. It may be beneficial to ask heat levels when taking an order so those who are expecting a traditionally spicy dish are not disappointed. Overall a big fan and wish them well. Edit: every visit since portion gets smaller until today where it literally 2oz of chicken.
