Wawa — Restaurant in Delaware

CROOKS! FALSE ADVERTISING! Tax INCLUDED IN price. Marlboro Ice INTRODUCTORY PRICE $5.48 (a pack) when you buy 2 packs. Purchased 2 packs. Total $13.96. Where I come from 5.48+5.48= $10.96. When Janesa was questioned about it she said you get $.50 off a pack when you buy 2 and $1.50 off the price with Wawa “rewards”. No where on the sign said anything about rewards nor was it offered to me. When returning them I attempted to give back the 6.04 to just get my $20 back. She proceeded to give me my $13.96 back and actually started taking back the $6.04 as well! When questioned she said “well you gave it to me!” FALSE ADVERTISEMENT + shady employee! she attempted to make an additional $6 off me! Poor practices AND...

Took a bite into my sandwhich and bit a piece of plastic. I called the store and they told me to come back to remake it, I let them know that I did not want a new sandwich and that I wanted a refund. They told me come back to get the refund, as i’m looking for the receipt and trying to figure out if I have to go back to the store or if they can pull up my order and refund my credit card, they hung up on me. For a situation like this where there was plastic in my food, you would think they would take it more seriously and professionally but instead i was rushed off the phone and told I had to go waste my gas to go back for a mistake they made....

Went there 3 times during thanksgiving week at different times and days to get their thanksgiving meal bowl. Trip 1. They said they didn’t have cranberry. Trip 2. They said they didn’t have stuffing. Trip 3. They had stuffing but no one had cooked it and it would take an hour. Today I went for a breakfast sandwich and they said no bagels. The place is really poorly managed compared to the many other WaWa stores I’ve been to. They are almost always out of basic ingredients in the deli sandwich area.
