Stopped going to the Wendy’s in town because the AI ordering system is just abysmal. Started going to this location instead only to receive poor service and food. Normally, only going for breakfast my only friendly interaction majority of the time is at the ordering speaker. Beyond that, I’m usually greeted at the pickup window with an unfriendly employee and 90% of the time, rather than my drinks be handed to me they are practically shoved into my face or hands and my food is handed the exact same. I understand the importance of getting people through the drive through but not to be treated as an inconvenience when I’m the only one in the line. I’ve also have had the window slammed in my face while getting ready to ask a question more times than once. As of recent (not as of writing this), when wanting to order food, I’ve been told to wait for 3-5 minutes only for an employee to come out and swap the signs over to lunch. I want breakfast at 10:30 in the morning. Not a greasy burger.
Aside from that. Food is usually cold/cool and sub-par. Always missing something that I then have to go back inside and ask for.

Read moreI regularly order online for a meal inside. I have found a consistent issue with many sites, including this one. I tell the person that I have an online order. The person prints it up and does not look at the receipt. I point to the receipt that says it is for Dine-In on the top.
Then, two people gather my meal, and one brings out a medium drink to fill up. I point at the receipt again. I fill up my drink and go back to the counter. The people proceed to fill up a bag. I grab a tray, and I say, "The meal is for here. It says Dine-In on the top." The person then takes the meal out of the bag, puts it on the plate, and throws away the bag.
It is this attention to detail that costs the company more money and hence raises the cost of buying food. I hope your company can rectify this issue. It is not only at this site.
Otherwise, the meal was hot, which is essential to me. I have issues when a company tells me it is fresh and the food is lukewarm. The dinner was served quickly. It was the quality that I expected...

I was sitting there and I was like wait a minute they didn't even give me my card back, so a lady opens the window and asked if I needed anything else I said yes my card. The a lady from another area out of my sight line come back with my card after a few minutes. Deff sketchy, got those vibes that they were trying to steal my card info, so yay that's fun. Not sure why they took my card somewhere else and then "forgot" to hand it back to me.
