Jeff doesn’t seem to care about customer service or quality control. We had stopped ordering Domino’s for at least 6 months because every time we would order from this location, at least one thing was made incorrectly. Pizza costs too much these days to order from a place that predictably gets things wrong every time. Decided to give them another try; it had been a while and maybe things had improved. Ordered a chicken Buffalo pizza with extra Buffalo sauce, a cheese pizza, some of their new loaded tots, and a 2 liter. Pretty simple order. I go pick it up and bring it home only to discover the chicken Buffalo pizza has zero Buffalo sauce on it. None - see the photo. We ordered extra sauce. The tots were burned as well. I call and speak with the manager Jeff. He takes my number and pulls up the order to replace the pizza. I mention the burned tots as well. He asks for my phone number again to pull the order back up and I chuckled. I had just given it to him and I was incredibly frustrated with my experience. I hear him mutter “I don’t know why you laugh, but okay…” and when I called him on the poor customer service of even having said that to me, he kept speaking to me in that tone. He never even apologized for the error, only offered to remake or give a credit. When I tried to explain why this was all upsetting he talked over me and claimed he watched the tots go out and that they weren’t burned. He wanted to fight with me about it. I was shocked. I went to the store a second time to pick up my remade items. I never got an apology. He would barely look me in the eye. Very clearly wanted me to leave, talking over me. Read moreI placed an order online like I do all of the time and when it arrived the thin crust pizza had so much cheese on it the pizza was soggy and greasy (if you know the thin crust it’s usually crispy) I also ordered GARLIC bread twist but received cinnamon twist (didnt even have the decency to give me icing with them) I tried contact the store about 8 times and it just rings over and over until it hangs up because it detects my number and it seems they are avoiding. I then blocked my number to call back just to be hung up on by the answering service because I didn’t have a special ?? I blocked my number a 2nd time to be told they were going to connect me to the store just to hear it ring over and over. I tried to report the issue online and was met with 2 solutions 20% off my next order (which is a daily coupon online anyways) or 60 points which can be used for a free item. Ordered pizzas and hoagies for carry out. Waited until the tracker said it was in an oven and headed up here, it was a 3-5 minute drive up here. Stood in the lobby for 5-6 minutes before even being acknowledged. Then when I told them the name for my order he looked around for 2-3 minutes and finally came Up and said “I’m just throwing them in the oven it’ll be 8 or so minutes, and it’s (gave me the total)” so I asked, did my pizzas just get thrown in now? He responded yes, and I asked why. He held up a sheet of stickers and said “um this is why” and walked away. I am VERY displeased with this visit and service.
