So I ordered 2 bacon cheese baked potatoes.. this one one of them.. NO BACON AT ALL looks like some one had picked at it. 🥺The other one was the same way but you can tell The potato have been sitting for a couple hours It was very wrinkly and dehydrated looking.. 🤦🏽♀️ also no bacon. We also ordered a Bacon double stack NO KETCHUP. It was extremely cold The cheese look like it had been sitting for a couple days. On top of THERE WAS LOT'S OF KETCHUP.. 🤦🏽♀️ and 4 $5 biggie bag's Let me just say they was cold as hell. Chicken nuggets old.. I'm literally over this Windy's all the way around. I've literally worked 14 and 1/2 hours on my feet all day. All i was trying to do is feed the kids so i didn't have to cook and I could just GO TO BED.😭🤦🏽♀️ But NOOOOOO once again Delhi Wendy's Let me down..
I have not been to this Wendy's in over 3 months because of the same similar situation. YES I GET IT IT'S FAST FOOD I UNDERSTAND FAST FOOD IS TRASH ANYWAY.. 😭 But come on now.. At least put some quality in your food before you send it out the window.

I was laughing bc I love my family and I'm thankful they bring me so much happiness. What an odd and off putting experience after a great day. We were met with rudeness and short responses from the start and blank stares with absolutely zero smiles or compassion. All of that, to get absolutely horrible food. Do people really care this little about the service they provide and offering even a smidge of positivity to someones day?
Edited to add Obviously this place is struggling judging by the other reviews. Are you wishing for this place to close? The employees you have unfortunately do not care and it's painfully obvious. It takes a special kind of rude to be this terrible to respectful and kind people. There were 3 people involved in our single experience, not to mention whoever literally threw our food together. I'm coming back tomorrow for a refund. I would do it now if I wasn't trying to get two kids in bed who are super upset over their ruined "special treat" of eating out late (8pm). Just sat at the speaker for 5+ minutes before anyone even said anything. Then another 10 minutes to get to the window. Then got pulled forward and sat there for another 5 minutes. Several cars behind me got out of line. Food itself was fine at least. *Update: Still very hit or miss. This time, ordered 4 orders of nuggets but got none of my sauce. Also had to pull forward and wait several minutes despite no other cars in line. **Update: This place is still completely terrible. Waited at the speaker for 5+ minutes despite having a mobile order. Woman taking the orders/at the window was extremely rude and sounded like she completely hates working there. Could also hear employees fighting with each other about how slow the drive thru was going. They also kept referring to my order as a Door Dash order, despite the fact that it was a personal order/I have never worked for Door Dash. I think this is finally the last straw with me for this run-down location. I was the second car in line and was here for 25+ minutes. On a mobile order.
