Mike's Pizza & Sub Shop — Restaurant in Delran Township

This was the worst pizza experience I've ever had. We ordered 2 personalized pizzas, a cheesesteak and cheese fries w/mozzarella cheese. We ordered 25 minutes before arriving to pick it up. Once we arrived to pick it up, we had to wait another 30+ minutes to even get the order. Not sure if they were milking the cows to make the cheese. My husband asked how much longer our food would take and the girl at the front desk mocked him. Ended up getting home with the food. My "Margherita pizza" is in the attached picture. No mozzarella cheese in sight. Our mozzarella cheese fries had cheese wiz on them instead of mozzarella cheese. The girls working there got a few phone calls while we were there and it seemed like others were calling to ask where their food was. I would never order here again. Ive been ordering here for years. The food has always been consistent, sandwiches are excellent, their dinners are priced well and the sauce is home made. However, recently their quality control has dropped. Ordered their chicken parm dinner (which is normally very good) This order the chicken was overcooked dry, the past was so overcooked it was literally like mush when you tasted. Called them and they are replacing which is great. However, one now needs to wait another 30 mins plus after waiting 45 mins for a dinner which was not properly cooked not QC'd. Update 2022

Since this incident I have given them multiple other chances. And have had a much better experience. The girls are much nicer now and prices are back to normal. And they tell you the total every time.

Ordered my usual special; large pizza, 30 wings and a large soda. For $35. Except when I get there im told its $52.50! Due to shortages. I ask the girl in the front why she didn’t say this over the phone. She claimed that she did but I know for a fact that she didn’t. She proceeds to be rude and causes a scene in the restaurant.
