BEWARE! GROOMERS ARE INCOMPETENT AND UNAPOLOGETIC I brought my beautiful 2 yrs old Yorkie here for a routine cut. He had already received this hair cut before and messed it up just slightly enough that I was annoyed but not upset. This time I took him and specifically asked them to fix the cut from before and to leave his legs long as I had been growing his hair for over a year to achieve this cut for his birthday pictures. I don't even want to look at my dog! NOT ONLY DID THEY CUT HIS TAIL HAIR AGAIN THEY SHAVE HIS LEGS COMPLETELY!! HOW HARD IS IT TO DO LESS CUTTING. WHEN I WAS CALLED THE GROOMERS a female beginning with an A..(stay far away if you care about your dogs appearance) she skated around the fact that she had completely ruined my dogs haircut and said I'd "probably get a discount"!!! When I got there.. I was hardly acknowledged and then when they finally brought my dog out they handed him over and said you are all set, no apology NOTHING.. I spoke with the manager on the way out who offered nothing but a raggedy sorry.. it took so long to grow his hair and I am so upset that they ruined it with no regard. I go here for fish and things for my tank. I bought a glofish fluorescent light for my 75-gallon tank the last week of June. It worked pretty well for what it is. I can't say I was 100% satisfied with the amount of light. However, I used it for about 2 weeks, and it just stopped working. I had already trashed the box and wasn't sure what I did with the receipt. I took the light back, had no box or receipt, and the manager was excellent! She pulled up my account from my phone number, printed out my last receipt, and asked for my credit card to return the money. I told her I didn't want the money back, but I wanted a replacement. She told me to go grab one, and that was that! I got the replacement, went over, and bought a few grass shrimp and 2 fish, and that was it! I was a little disappointed to find out that they sold the glofish in discounted packs. I've bought several types, on several occasions in the store, and was never offered a discount for buying the fish in combo packs. But, this was still an overall good experience in the store. The manager and associate who helped me that day...

Not thrilled this time. Groomers not very friendly and I witnessed something when I was picking up my dog that disturbed me enough to rethink going back. A man dropped off his large dog. As the tech was struggling to pick up his dog who was resisting, she slammed his body into the side of the table. When she finally got him up, she roughly flipped him around and shook her head like she was aggravated. Absolutely no verbal interaction, gentleness or kindness was shown to this dog. It's obvious she should find another line of work. The rest of the techs treated their dogs as though it was a cattleshoot. I expect a bit of words of encouragement or praise or something from them with their dogs. Nothing. Who is overseeing these people, rating their performance and making sure the animals are being cared for properly? As far as my dog, she came out with a hair cut but did not smell like she got the bath that I paid for and the corners of her eyes weren't clean. I had to do that myself when I got home. Very disappointing...
