Yari and the staff at VIO are the absolute best. I came here for a consult on weight loss and to start my semiglutide journey. While the instructions are confusing, Yari was there every step of the way to help guide me. She answered all my questions (which were alot) and even wrote everything down for me. Also she and the girls at the front made sure I felt comfortable calling if I had any further questions. Obviously there is a lot of anxiety surrounding starting a medication like this but Yari at VIO has really helped me understand the science and how this will help me not with just weight loss but mentally with things like portion control and studies showing help with PCOS!. I am now down 10lbs a little over a month later and feeling great. Its nice knowing that if I have any questions or concerns Yari and the team are there to help me vs going through my Docs office where I may wait a couple of days for a reply. I have never been treated so poorly, They gave me medicine with inncorrect directions so not only was I sick for about three weeks I was in serious pain, furthermore they then tried to double down and lied and said that it never happened when in fact it clearly did and I was not the only person in the examination room when we were told the "instructions" that clearly were not right instructions, then when we called after three weeks of me being very ill and in so much agony Aryanna who is a nurse practitioner tried to lie and say that never happened, and then raised her voice on the phone and then a few weeks later the owner from VIO Med spa Ashley called me and kept apologizing saying that Aryana messed up the amount when she gave me the instructions initially. I do not recommend going here as they were beyond un professional and disgraceful.
