BurgerFi — Restaurant in Delray Beach

I’m done with this franchise. When they first started they were the best, now the suck, they just don’t care anymore. I was frustrated and in a hurry last night so let me embellish this review a little more.

1. my order wasnt ready after driving 20mins to get there. 20mins should be enough time to prepare 4 orders in a fast food joint. They were not busy when I arrived.

2. I waited a further 30mins in store after I arrived. I watched the chefs but on each individual order at a time complete the order and then get fresh burgers out to do the next order. Too slow. You have multiple orders so get a bunch of burgers on the go.

3. The guy handing orders out didnt say sorry about the wait until I started to get agitated. He didnt offer me a drink while I waited until I was leaving. The chef who asked what I was waiting on rambled at me incoherently, I have no idea what he said to me.

4. the fries when I got home weren't edible, they were completed burned. The chef who put them in the bag must have seen this. Their fries were hands down the best in the industry when done properly. So annoying.

5. the environment was dirty, sauces spilled all over the place and just a poor state of cleanliness.

I'm really done. When my family and I think about a take out night, this is off the list. We all agree.....they have had...

I went in to order a burger about 20 min before they were closing tonight and I was immediately met with eye rolling and whispering by the two cooks. The guy with glasses seemed the most vile and another guy with dreads. So I asked the cashier was it to late for me to order once I saw their reaction.

The cashier was very polite and said that it was okay. I guess they were just starting to clean the grill when I walked in. Either way it was disrespectful and awkwardly uncomfortable, especially since it was 20 min before the close time and they were already making someone else’s food. I just wonder if it where anybody else would they have had that same kind of energy. These are the kind of situations that really make me can’t stand being in Florida. When I came earlier today all the staff were great !!

Then my meal was way overpriced anyways. I paid $21 for the CEO meal which is ridiculous especially only to be met with a nasty attitude from the staff here. Then they made my burger wrong, plus the meat was dry and burnt. Nothing like earlier today. It was very satisfying though watching the two peon’s take out the trash with embarrassment and humiliation while I sat in my car eating my food. Lmao This is why I prefer shake shack but I didn’t feel like...

Stopped by around 6:30 tonight and the place was empty. You order at the touch screens at the counter, which was easy enough but does feel impersonal. Guy behind the counter was super friendly and quick to give me the cup for my drink. I went with the single patty bacon cheeseburger, added lettuce, tomato, pickles, onions, mushrooms, and burger sauce. Grabbed some fries and tried the Cajun seasoning. Food came out quickly and the brought it to my table. The only way I can describe the food is…okay? Not the best burger I’ve had, definitely not the worst. But it was surprisingly bland. It was cooked perfectly and everything was fresh, it just didn’t have much flavor (which is hard to do with bacon). The fries had a decent flavor but somehow seemed perfectly cooked and totally undercooked all at once, parts of them were crispy but the other soggy/floppy. The inside of the fries were confusing, kind of wet and raw tasting but they were hot. It also was pretty expensive: single patty bacon cheeseburger, fries, drink and tip came out to almost $20. I don’t know if I’d come back but it’s still better than other burger...
