I used to go to this dunkin' donuts location almost every day before work. It is the most convenient location because of the drive-thru and it's near 95. But because the last four times I have been there before not going there anymore, something was wrong with my order each time. After not going there for over a week I decided to just stop by there right now out of convenience. My order again was wrong but I noticed it while in the drive-thru. When I pointed it out they hand me the extra sweetener that was supposed to be in my drink as I'm handing them my drink to put it in. Their customer service there and care for the customer is absolutely the worst. When I pointed out to the person working the window how this was the reason I stopped coming here, their response was I don't care it's not my fault. I will never be there again. I've placed two larger mobile orders to bring breakfast for my office, somewhere around 20 breakfast sandwiches and wake up wraps. The gentleman who organizes the mobile orders has given me serious attitude both times! The first time, I didn't think too much of it, anyone can have a bad morning. The second time, he did the same, saying "you killed us". It was a mobile order, I picked it up about 20 minutes after the order was placed, and it was perfectly ready when I got there. Read moreI wasn’t aware I had to scan the app prior to paying. However after I was told this by an employee THEY used their own personal phone to scan MY RECEIPT!?!? When this was pointed out SHAMIM, the employee’s name, he simply took off a drink from my order. Never apologized, nor did he even admit to scanning my receipt to earn Dunkin’ Donuts points from MY order for his own personal gain. WASNT aware employees could scan ANYONE AND EVERYONES receipt IF they didn’t scan it themselves. Isn’t an employee discount good enough anymore?
