Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Delray Beach

We received a flyer in the mail for their Grand Opening. It had a menu and numerous coupons. We thought we would give them a try. We phoned an order in. We were looking for two small pizzas (meatball and green pepper and a “specialty” Philly) as well as a buffalo chicken pizzoli. First off, no meatballs available. Switch to pepperoni. For the second pizza, the clerk on the phone had no idea what we were asking for on the Philly pizza. It took quite some time to get it figured out. On to the pick-up. I went in with a $5.00 coupon. The clerk said it was not acceptable. Another employee rang it up as a $4.00 coupon saying that some coupons are only good for online orders. When the order was ready, the clerk dropped the pizzoli box on the floor. Although I could clearly see the box had opened, she said it didn’t open but asked if I wanted a new one to be made. When I said yes, she replied “I completely understand”. That was nice. After the new one was made, we went home to eat. The pizzoli was not cooked completely. The pizzas were just OK. I had an incredible experience at Marco’s Pizza, and a huge part of that was thanks to Mohammad! From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with a warm smile and made sure my order was taken with care. The pizza itself was absolutely perfect—hot, fresh, and loaded with toppings just the way I like it. You can tell they use quality ingredients, and the flavor speaks for itself.

What really stood out, though, was Mohammad’s exceptional customer service. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, checking in to make sure I was satisfied and making me feel truly valued as a customer. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated and passionate about their work, and it made my experience even better.

This was the 2nd week in a row that we ordered pizza here. Love it! Highly recommend! Edit to add that we ordered again for the third week in a row and still love it! Edit: We order from here frequently. We LOVE their pizza. The only concern that I have is that sometimes there is only one employee there and it is EXTREMELY stressful for that employee to have to answer the phone, take orders at the counter and prepare all of the food and hand it out.
