update 5/28/24-- Changed a lot of staff and most days they can have a very good crew yet some of the other days I can't say that I can stand some of the employees, and I'm going to be honest with you all , understand please that I'm DEFINITELY not r@cist or subjective to skin tones or nationalitys at all but there is a overwhelming amount of employees who are of the CREOLE descent who sometimes can be quite awful when it comes to etiquette and not speaking about others or treating you like your RELEVANT OR HUMAN, WHICH is quite rude when paying for a product bbuuuuttt they have a good little batch of employees who will do wonderful things just enough sometimes to balance it out It surprised even me a few times recently also they actually recently renovated so now they have the updated version to go in and do the normal stuff for the current get it to go order app window thing and added some new touch screens and some additional seating and tables which is actually a beautiful touch finish the renovations last month†

You will get everything you ask for eventually ... after I asked the second and 3rd employee for health and gave me attitude and act like they didn't know what was going on because the order wasn't on the board so therefore they just figured it just doesn't happen because the order buried to drop it off and they were rude about us and another customer then I asked for sausage etc and they told me I already got some with my order and I said yes but the additional sauce is not for me it's for my guests better have my home and it's the sauce that they would like on the side besides the original order sauce with the 10 piece chicken McNuggets at which point the guy walked away and I spent I don't know how much time asking for it from each different employee and they just give you a blank stare classy I reordered an additional mail for myself and another guest that arrived for the little get together that we were having and they got literally physically just playing annoyed that we were ordering more food and they couldn't go talk in the back yeah they still had failed to give you my frappe with extra mocha which I had to ask three people just to get that so when they do set the motor down I've already ordered the next order for my guest and the manager I guess or Shift leader, I didn't catch his actual title, comes from the iced coffee area sits down a large frappe and walks away does it say a number or anything now me being a grown adult I really wanted to let it sit there and let it become unacceptable to serve on ice because you never called the number but I tell him hey excuse me excuse me do you know who made this he just stared at me and walked away so I asked the other girl his bestie I guess and she says , ""; I MAKES THIS ONE"" and walks away AT WHICH POINT THEY'RE NOT EVEN BUSY SO I DON'T KNOW WHERE SHE WAS GOING AS I'M LIKE THE ONLY CUSTOMER AT THE COUNTER TO GET SERVED, I finally raise my voice and say hey! Can I please have the extra mocha drizzle and caramel drizzle that I asked for when I first walked in the door 15 minutes ago at which point one more dirty stare she makes the frappe the way I asked and goes on about her little wobbly Life. Finally I go to leave and have to sit down the bags that I was carrying from Target my phone and my crappy to adjust travels properly where they decided to laugh at myself for not being able to carry everything by myself so I turn around I told him by the way I'm missing all my sauces that I asked for and that you gave me attitude about what in the HE🏒*🏒 kinda place you're running here and of course they just all looked at each other suck their shoulders and say anything else I said yeah I still need my hot sausage and hot mustard for the McNuggets, Man, they acted like we just asked for them to put our freshly chewed bubblegum in their...
Read moreMy recent visit to this McDonald's was nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment I stepped through the door, it was evident that this was going to be an experience I'd rather forget. The staff, unfortunately, set the tone for what was to come – rudeness seemed to be their modus operandi, and their lack of knowledge of the menu was glaringly apparent.
As I approached the counter to place my order, I was met with blank stares and indifference from the employees (young teenage girls). It was as if they had no idea what they were doing or what was even on the menu. I found myself having to explain basic items to them, which is completely unacceptable in a fast-food establishment as well-known and widespread as McDonald's.
To make matters worse, when “the manager” came to “help” about the fact that her employees kept saying that the item I wanted didn’t exist (Double Hamburger - meaning NO CHEESE), I was met with an even more unpleasant surprise. The manager, rather than attempting to rectify the situation, was incredibly condescending and had a terrible attitude. Her lack of knowledge of the menu was baffling – one would expect a manager to be well-versed in the products and procedures of the restaurant they oversee.
Despite my efforts to communicate clearly, my order was still botched. Missing ingredients, poorly made items – it was evident that there was a severe lack of attention to detail in the kitchen. What should have been a simple transaction turned into a frustrating ordeal that left me feeling utterly disappointed, dissatisfied and frustrated.
My experience at THIS McDonald's was nothing short of horrendous. The staff's rudeness, combined with their lack of knowledge of the menu, set the stage for a disastrous encounter. The manager's condescending attitude only added insult to injury, and the poorly executed order was the final nail in the coffin. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this particular McDonald's anytime soon, and I would recommend others to proceed with caution if they choose to do so.

Read moreThis McDonald's is a complete nightmare! Avoid this McDonald's at all costs! I went there to grab a few items for lunch, I paid for, and I never got my food! They should tear this place down and build a burger king or add a Wendy's there. Management there is horrible and does not care about its customers! The place is so disgusting and dirty, and the tables are nasty and are never cleaned. Drive-thru is terrible. Customers ended up coming inside from the drive-thru to see what happened to their orders. A lot of them walked out even after they paid and left with no food. I lost my points that were used and I was also charged on my card for yesterdays 1/22/23 order I placed inside and waited 30 min for I had to leave because I had to be at work. After bringing up this concern to the manager there she did not acknowledge or even care for that matter.
This McDonald's is a disgrace to the fast food industry! Seriously! They need to change out staff and managers or the franchise will be run to the ground or the Department of Health shuts them down for unsanitary conditions and food safety concerns!. The franchise owner should be extremely concerned about how this McDonald's is running! Some employees come out of the bathroom without properly washing their hands! Food isn't being rotated correctly, and you are getting older burger meat that's dry, distgusting, and not to McDonald's standards. Food is always cold, which means food temperatures are not in the safe zone to be consumed. I work in the food industry, and burgers are not at proper temps after checking it myself with an infrared thermometer and a probe.
Hopefully, everyone reads these reviews and completely avoids this McDonald's location at all costs! Go to another fast food restaurant like...
