McDonald's — Restaurant in Delray Beach

Unfortunately this is the closest location to us and my kids always ask for it on the weekends, after we've been rushing around it's a quick pick-up, so we had been going there.

My first complaint to the store was that my order was missing the fries that we ordered. My kids were upset, so when we got home, I called the manager whose number was posted on the drive thru window. She said that I would be compensated on my next order, without any direction as to how to claim it and I never did receive anything in return.

My next issue at this location was that we ordered 6 piece chicken nuggets and only received 5 nuggets.

That was a learning lesson for my kids.

I told my children the importance of graduating from high school since most of these employees who work in fast food did not even finish school and many obviously can't even count. Or Maybe the employee ate it and thought no one would notice.

And our last issue was in another order; one of the hamburgers we received was actually missing the (so-called) "MEAT"!! We only got two buns.

ARE YOU KIDDING ME???

That's more ignorant than missing the fries or a nugget. (what kind of people are you hiring?)

I thought about calling the manager again, but last time it never accomplished ANYTHING before.

Needless to say, I will NO LONGER be feeding my children this "food" if you want to call it that.

For those of you reading this review, Please Google the Instagram post of the lady who kept her Mcdonald's burger and fries in a shoe box for 20+ years and it looked EXACTLY the same after all that time.

One of the worst experiences at McDonald’s I’ve ever had. Me and my fiancé came in to get the Travis Scott meal deal, it took us a while to get the app working as you can only order it on the app. We finally got the coupon code on our phone and the cashier tried scanning a few times and said “it don’t work”, wouldn’t ask his coworkers for help so at that point I was already annoyed and just ordered something else. I asked for the new spicy McNuggets they’re advertising literally right on the screen behind the cashier, he says “we don’t got spicy nuggets”. I said “what do you mean it’s right there on the menu”. He replies “oh I don’t be looking at the menu”. It’s your job to know the menu!!! He was clearly new but wouldn’t ask anyone for help. Finally the manager came over and pointed out the spicy nuggets on the register. My fiancé ordered a 10 of the regular nuggets and I ordered 10 of the spicy; we received two 10 piece regulars. I asked the manager to switch it for me, the cashier had the nerve to tell me I didn’t order that because it was like he was too embarrassed to admit a mistake. She puts a 20 piece of all spicy in the bag and drops it in front of me with an attitude, no apology. These people clearly hate their job. I will never return to...

It's always something here. The employees and management are extremely rude and unprofessional. The order is usually correct and fine.. But different things like laughing that you say in the drive through, no acknowledgment no message, but when you pull up they wearing the headset and say their closed. Like its funny to you? Act like you don't realize you have a line of 6 waiting? Another time they left out food, so I have to drive back around. I mean it was already a 15 plus wait.. Another time my order was wrong, so I drove back around and the manager is condescending and demanding I return the sandwich.. Meanwhile I'm waiting for my correct order.. I mean I see why the employees are disrespectful. One morning, after opening I had to wait at that drive through with no response or message, so I drove around to the window, manager is standing there and makes eye contact, immediately looks down and won't respond.
