This location is a disgrace. Always either closed or wrong items in your order. Tonight, I should've known better but nope I thought well I'll give them another shot. Of course they never disappoint with being a disappointment. Pull up all the lights are on look online to double check that their hours say they're still open, says they're open till midnight actually and it is only 9:30 p.m. pull up to the speaker and of course, a big handwritten sign (which is over another handwritten sign) that they are closed until 5:00 p.m.,mind you it's 9:30. Immediately no high from the speaker no greeting nothing just "our computers are restarting and so we can't do anything."you which, I said "so you're not closed only till 5:00, like your sign says " and she said "we're not closed... we're open... but our computers won't let us do anything." To which of course I replied, " if you're not taking orders and you're not serving people.... Then you're closed." So, obviously they've been closed all day or for God knows how long and apparently don't know how to work the computers because it takes them all day to reboot (which I know for a fact it does not, because I was a manager at Arby's. Probably just as well, because the way that they serve the food is disgusting anyway they always cut their beef way too thick, miss items or give you items I didn't ask for without giving you the one you did . They ALWAYS mess something up along the way and for that kind of a price ?! No thank you, they should just shut that location down, the people are rude and they never act like they are there to do their job or serve the customers. What's the point of that location? Read moreI thought the Arby's on MLK was horrible until I dealt with the very unfriendly and rude night manager. I've been to this location multiple times before once at night, the others during the day. Every time I've been something has always been wrong. Either they forget something or don't make my order correct. Tonight took the cake for me. I specifically asked once I got to the window about my order and what they forgot the last time. The "new" girl made sure that I knew she was new and said that their making it correctly. I figured the manager remembered me from our last encounter. So anyways i didnt leave i pulled up to check my food and low and behold they made the same mistake as last time. I pull back, they tell me to pull back up...mind u, we have to wait on other orders being served first before we can even get our correct food. Understandable. Finally get back to the window and the manager hands me a bag that was really light...it must be the bacon they forgot to put on my wrap . So I asked the "Manager"...am I supposed to put this on myself and she says...Yes. Just remember this is not my mistake it is theirs...and I still have yet to get the customer service experience I should have in the beginning. So I have cold wraps and a bowl of bacon....

I was there the other night they said the register wasn't working can I please wait there was a person in front of me waiting at the window after 13 minutes the car ahead of me paid for their order and they left. I pulled up she took about 7 minutes to come to the window. I only stayed there because my grandkids wanted Arby's and they asked me to please wait. She opened the window I asked her if I can add a mac and cheese to my order. She then said to me I have to get back in line because she didn't put it in when I was waiting. I said please don't do me like this, because there were 3 cars in line now. She was rudely said She can't take my order at the window. I told her you know how long I have been waiting. She rudely told me I should have stayed there. I couldn't believe it even my grandson got angry. I decided to just leave. I have a lot of issues at this location. I go because its 3 blocks from my home....
