THIS STORE IS STEALING MONEY FROM PEOPLE AND NOT REFUNDING IT.
On July 4th I ordered food through their website. They ran out of food and doordash informed me that they could no longer make the food. Doordash said we would have to contact the store for a refund because we did it through their site. So I called the store to get a refund. Keep in mind I was not upset at this point. I totally understood everything until after I waited 45 minutes for someone to answer the phone. A man named Cameron answered the phone and told me I have to contact support online. I said "alright I understand. Thank you." I then went to the website again and there is no place to contact support for our refund. Even the electronic receipt says to contact the store for a refund. I called back again after seeing this and after another 30 minute wait. (Which is absurd to wait that long if I was ordering food again by the way.) I was told again by Cameron who told me he wasn't working that night and just watching fireworks that I HAVE to go online to get a refund. After some banter because I knew for a fact there is no method to refund online... Cameron finally told me to call back Friday morning and he would refund my order instead of just doing it right then. I said I would call back and unfortunately I didn't call back Friday morning due to having to work. But I just called back tonight (Saturday night) to request my refund. But I was given the same speech from someone else that was working that night.
The service is absurd and they are trying to keep my money. If I don't get my money back I will call the police.

Read moreUpon our first visit to Wingstop in Lansing, Michigan, during our extensive travels across the country, we were met with disappointment. Regrettably, this was the worst Wingstop experience I have ever encountered. Had this been my initial experience with the chain, it would likely have been my last. Knowing the quality that Wingstop typically upholds, it was disheartening to receive such subpar service and food quality.
From the outset, the young woman of Indian descent at the register displayed rudeness, giving the impression that she would rather be elsewhere. Furthermore, numerous items we attempted to order were unavailable. Even basic necessities such as CO2 for the beverages were lacking, yet we were still expected to pay for the replacement beverage in a bottle.
The overall experience was truly abysmal. The chicken itself was a far cry from the standard Wingstop quality I had come to expect. To illustrate, our first experience with Wingstop in Albuquerque, New Mexico, was exceptional and left a lasting positive impression. This positive encounter led us to visit various Wingstop locations across the country. However, our experience at the Lansing branch was so disappointing that we had to seek alternative dining options afterward.
In summary, this visit was a regrettable waste of both money and time. We will not be returning to this particular...

They make your order and place it on a backers rack in the front of the store behind the cashier.. Assuming from the signage that makes it easier for doordash and Uber eats. It doesn't do anything for the warmth of your food. I called to speak with the manager conveniently the manage had just stepped out, So the young man who answered the phone I wanted to know if he could help me, so I told him my fries were cold and that was unacceptable, he decided to tell me that he remembered my name and it was my fault because I took too long picking up my order. This pissed me off and I told him to tell his manager to have a great day and I hung up. Now the saving grace is when I got to work I was able to taste the chicken wings bone in. I will say they were delicious. I will never freak with this establishment again even with the delicious chicken wings. Customer service is lacking cleanliness of the store is lacking putting your food right out there in the front not cool. Put that food in the back, so what if your cashier has to walk back there and pick it up. Anyway this is my honest review I will never return to that establishment.
