This place is a hot mess. The manager Elijah is rude and so are a couple of the workers that were working today 4-2-2021. We ordered food on the app and by the time we got up to the front of the 30 minute line the workers asked our name on the order and my daughter told them our name and that our order was right there. They told us we had to pull up (which there were two cars a head of us) and they would bring our food. We asked them why do we need to pull up and our food is right there? He told us we needed to pull up again because that’s how they keep the line moving fast. No, you guys are actually making the lines go slower by doing this. The worker refused to give us our food that I’ve already paid for until we moved up. Now that I think about it I should have got out the car and got my food because who holds people food hostage and force them to move up. He felt some type of power over us or something and I asked to speak to the manager Elijah who could care less of how we as customers were treated. Now had I got out and took my food it would have been a problem and then they would have been talking about it’s the way “we POC” act. Horrible service from chick fil a in Lansing.
Updated response: well as a business you should take what your customers say and the line was not moving fast at all by having people pull forward. In fact when we were told to move forward we were just a foot away from the window. So again there was no reason for them to make us move up just an inch to get our food and guess what. We still had to wait until the others got their food. All is good though. Read moreWent in here to get a meal for 4. Spent 33 dollars, long day at work and didn't feel like cooking. Went at 9:30. Got back home, they had forgotten my sons 8 piece meal. So I rushed back and the doors were locked at 9:58, they close at 10. So I got the garbage boys attention and he said he'd let me in then walked off and ignored me, so the frustration began. I waited for someone to come out and went in after them. I talked to the "director" and he informed me they had closed the kitchen and wouldn't be able to do anything for me. So I said something must be done this is ridiculous. So he went and talked to the angry old "manager" and she came out, did something with the register, slammed a card and my receipt on the counter and walked off. Then the "director" imformed me they would refund me for my meal. Well thats where they should have started instead of saying there wasn't anything they could do. I informed him that that is rediculous because I didnt get the meal, had to drive back, and now am going to have to go somewhere else to get food? So I'm out of more money now? He continued with his childish attitude and I gave up. I'm surprised these workers want more money when they can't even complete an order. Read moreWe love Chic-fil-A and have visited many sites throughout the country. Yet this Lansing, MI location is our favorite of all. The staff are always friendly, inviting and willing to take a moment to answer any questions that you may have. Located in front of a strip of shops on Saginaw Hwy approximately 2 miles west off of I-69. This site is usually a little busy however the staff have the traffic flow for the drive thru down to a science with cones and double lines and even a car port for cars to roll there windows down to prevent order before you get to a window or speaker if in inclement weather as they have order takers walking car to car through the line to get everyone's order correct and fresh to you when you get to the pick up window. I love their system and it really makes the line move faster. Currently due to Covid there is no inside table seating/dining, only drive thru and curbside pick up and Uber Eats pick up/delivery. This visit was our first time using Curbside service. It actually went quicker than the drive thru. On this visit we pre-ordered using my mobile Chic-Fil-A rewards mobile app and paid through the app using a credit card online. This is definitely the way to go if you can.
