I would give a 0 star if I could for the night staff, the same woman has been absolutely rude every single time I have been served by her, including the times I have doordashed and ordered personally. Including the fact she has accused me and others of lying about orders we and others have placed. She has refused to answer the phone when doordash has tried dto contact her for me as well. Absolutely unacceptable behavior and no customer service. I LOVE the day time staff and the one worker he always makes my day, they always have my orders ready and know us well enough by our orders that we just walk in and they get them to us without us asking.
Never once has the day time staff EVER acted rudely or treated me or anyone I know with such disrespect or rude behavior. I love the day time staff because they treat you like humans. I wouldn't leave a review personally if this wasn't a thing that hasn't happened to me not once, not twice but four Seperate times in different situations where this same worker has treated me or others ahead of me with absolute poor behavior.
Four times is to many for a single interaction. I'm sorry but that's unacceptable, I have been there morning shift, afternoon shift, evening shift and night shift. The only time I have seen anyone be treated poorly is after the evening shift change. It's bad enough that we know many of the workers of the other shifts by face that we smile and greet each other when we see each other in other stores or around town. To the point when I was taking a break from doordashing several asked if I was okay when we saw them in town.
The same cannot be said for the shift change at night, including yelling at customers and talking to them in a degrading manner. Ignoring customers entirely when they are waiting at the counters or trying to get the staffs attention. including the most favorite thing I just heard one woman yell at a customer "go order at Taco Bell!" That's unacceptable. The same woman who I have had issues with in the past. Do better McDonald's. That's how you want to do business? If every shift is doing great except one maybe you should look into the problem. Again I door dash there at this location daily, and my friend Uber delivers.
We see this all first hand, but watching her yell at a customer tonight again was my last straw. You need to do better. This customer whom I know placed a order with proof before closing and was at the store before closing. And was told to go order at Taco Bell and would get a refund and if not to get over it. And was told if they didn't like it to come back tomorrow and complain to the day shift.
That's how you wish to handle your costumer image?...

Moving it from 3 stars to 4 stars 6 - 22 - 2020 good experience at the drive-thru last night moving it up to three stars from two stars... 1 - 19 - 20 I was considering going down to McDonald's for a late night snack, however I just definitely didn't want to deal with the unfriendly late night managers... So in spite of how kool the General manager is I am lowering the stars from 3 stars to 2 Stars... 1 - 14 - 20 amazing every time the general manager starts getting the Stars up there some night crew and members are just snotty and not friendly at all... I should probably go to two stars but because of the general manager I'll just bring it down from four stars to three... 11-2-19 ditto on the general manager 4 stars. 10 - 1 - 19 Movingit up to three stars... Read moreVery rude lady that should not be dealing with customers at all. I placed an online order and just wanted to add a cheeseburger and was told I can't do that. Yes I already know that so I asked I'll pay for it on the side and she said no that she can't do that either with attitude and I asked why and she said because she had a line of cars and to go park and wait for my food while rolling her eyes. When I looked back there was only 2 cars behind me??? Then I waited about 10 minutes for my food when those 2 cars had already gotten theirs and left a long time ago. I get it may have been a inconvenience to them but it really would not have taken long at all to make a cheeseburger especially when there was no customers except for me waiting??? And I didn't even order a lot of food, just 2 large meals. When I finally got the food, it seemed like they had made it and it was just sitting there waiting for someone to remember someone is still waiting for it cause the nuggets and fries felt and tasted stale. At least it wasn't that vile lady that brought me the food but jeez you guys should just close at night if you can't deal with a few cars when it gets busy or at least change the shift of that lady to morning or don't even have her interact at all with the customers with that horrible tone and voice.
