Place my order online. Followed the tracker until the order was completed. After it sat on the quality check for one hour, I'm again to call. Sat on hold with the automated message, no one picked up for 15 minutes. Myself, my wife and my mom all called a different times and still no answer. With children screaming for food, I decided to drive and pick it up. Upon arrival I informed the lady that I was picking up my order that should've been delivered, she took my name and said oh yeah she was about to take it now. I mentioned that we had tried calling and her response was to say she tried calling me and held up a sticker with writing on it saying that she attempted to call me. She didn't give any reason as to why our phone calls were not picked up. So I put my phone on speaker and call the store thinking maybe their phone wasn't ringing. She heard the automated message on my speakerphone and rudely said oh it would just continue ringing because I don't have time to answer the phone.
A simple apology or her not taking out frustration on the customer would've been enough. The issue was not with the customer, it was with their low staffing. I could appreciate honesty rather than anger. The customer is not the problem, they should not be treated as if they are.
I left my order there and had it refunded. It is no wonder as to why little Caesars across the street has so much more business on a daily basis.

Sometimes the website glitches and says delivery not available to our area and we have to place pick up order and call to make it a delivery. Whichever way we do it, this location is awesomeand very accommodating! They're always friendly and service oriented. Everything is always hot when delivered, and the order is correct. They're great with communication when there is an unforeseen delay due to weather or busy times (which is not often) and the drivers are not only just polite, but personable too. (They've even said hello to our pets at the door when they come say hello) Today we tried something new getting the thin crust pizza with alfredo sauce and it was a HIT! The driver, Trei was very kind, friendly and respected Covid precautions with distance and mask which we very much appreciate! We've tried other Domino's locations in Denham Springs when we lived in another place and had horrible experiences. But, this location - Excellent Work by their whole team! Read moreOrdered pizza online. I immediately called them to ensure I got double sauce. I called because there is no where on the order form to write comments. Guy said it had already been put together and he would double sauce it. I found that confusing. I drove to the drive thru window line. There was a car in front of me. I don't know what all was said but the woman working the window seemed slow. I base that on the time it took her to get the pizza, take the payment, and return with the change. When the car in front of me left I drove up to the window. The window lady was on the phone and other than one other person, she seemed to be the only worker. After a few minutes she came to the window, I told her my name, she returned with the pizza and took my payment. A 30 seconds later she returned my CC and I left. I got home and the pizza was definitely not sauced to my liking and it was no where near doubled. I haven't bought Dominos in about 25 years, but of late people kept telling me it had changed and was much better. It has changed, it is better, but not much better.
