I'm sure it's tough running a business in the Cape in the summer given the number of people around and an area that's not exactly perfect for massive crowds. I guess the choice is either embrace what tourism can provide for you and set your business up to strive or feel like a victim when people expect you to provide a service to them. This place is "Cape Charm" personified, but the staff was too busy complaining about about each other and the customers to make anyone feel at home. It was a truly uncomfortable experience to be in there. I'm sure they have a great product, but I simply left my coffee and thew the donuts in the trash.
