Burger King — Restaurant in Denton

This particular location (Denton, TX off University) seems to always have issues. Their screens don't show orders correctly (which I overhear them talking about). They have two drive thru lanes and I've waited 20 minutes for them to take my order in one lane while the other lane moves rapidly. And today we paid for 2 #2s and when we got home it was 2 dry #1s with NO cheese. I live far. I dont have the time to drive all the way back just for them to correct the order. I've been to other Burger Kings but this one seals the deal. I went here 3 weeks ago and then again today, both were a major disappointment. Both times, burgers were completely unedible because they were burnt and shouldn't have been served. Fries were mediocre and the milkshake that was supposed to be chocolate was only vanilla. What a huge disappointment. Don't spend your money or flex dollars here, just go to Eagle Landing or FlatTop Grill in the food court in the Union if you're looking for a good burger...
