We were there on a Sunday afternoon, the morning rush was over. There were maybe 6 to 8 customers in the restaurant at the time. There was no wait to be seated. Our server, according to our receipt, is someone named Indi J. I ordered the All American Slam, as did my husband. His order came out with toast instead of the pancakes he had ordered, which that was corrected fairly quickly.
I asked for NO cheese on the eggs, it comes with cheese unless you specify otherwise, which I did. It comes with hashbrowns, I asked for fruit instead for a slight upcharge. It comes with bacon and sausage links, I specified twice when I was ordering with Indi for extra, EXTRA crispy bacon. I even asked for it to be so crisp that I could snap it in half. Indi repeated everything back and agreed with me on liking bacon to be crisp.
While we were waiting on our meal, another customer came in who our server Indi seemed to be very friendly with. We noticed his food came out well before ours and as our seats were close enough together, we heard him order the same meal as we did. Our meal came out a long while later. My eggs had cheese that I had requested not be on them, the bacon was so undercooked that I could take my fork and fold it over, floppy and undercooked. I had asked for fruit and was served hashbrowns. Basically my entire order had to be sent back and this was after already waiting almost 45 minutes at a more than half empty restaurant.
I never got the crispy bacon, altho Indi said she would return with it and the fruit was basically a bowl of brown banana slices and a few grapes. Bad experience all around. I left the undercooked bacon and the fruit at the table.
Usually this Denny's is fairly good but after that experience, I doubt I will be back any time soon. No apologies for the mistakes or the long wait but sadly that seems how it is at a lot of places. I probably could have overlooked all of it and not left this review if they had been busy that day but they were not busy at the time we were there and regardless of that, the bad service and no apology for it, that should be called out and attention brought to it.
Hopefully they will improve and do better...

Eye contact was made several times but no one approached us for several minutes and didn’t seam to be doing much but walking in and out of the kitchen area. Once seated, the table was so sticky it was to the point we couldn’t even put our arms on the table. Tried to clean it myself with a damp napkin and it wouldn’t come up. After waiting almost 30 minutes for our food, we hear the waitress (Savannah) tell the cook how to make my sons pancake request, which pretty much let us know she had just put in our order. Needless to say there was maybe 10 tables in the whole restaurant so she wasn’t busy. After our food finally came out, my husbands hash browns were burnt (almost black) so we had to ask for a some better hash browns. Then she brought my plate last with mushrooms, onions and sausage which I asked for no onions, mushrooms and or sausage. She took it back to the kitchen and we heard the cook yell “ what now?”. Well, the whole restaurant heard it. Then the cook and waitress had a few words in front of customers. So I turned, looked at the waitress and let her know not to worry about it that I didn’t want the meal. The waitress then came to the table and went on to let us know that this cook has been this way towards her since she started and keeps trying to cause her to lose her job. I didn’t feel comfortable and neither did my family to have this conversation with her. We just really wanted to get out of there at this point. But we waited another 10 minutes with empty cups and clean plates for her to bring back out receipt. Very...

I do wanna say our waitress was WONDERFUL. (I don’t remember her name but she was the only one running the front around midnight/1am on July 8th) This has absolutely nothing to do with service, if anything this NEEDS to get back to the kitchen. I’m sure if the sickness had hit us during our time she would’ve been as helpful as she can.
My boyfriend and I shared a plate of zesty nachos as an appetizer (what we believe to be the culprit) and he had a brisket sandwhich while I ordered the burbon skillet. Within minutes of getting our entrees I started to feel queasy, so we ate about half our food, got to go boxes and went on to Winco (we work weird hours hence the odd grocery shopping hours) where I proceeded to throw up everything I had just consumed in the parking lot, nearly pass out, and decide to forgo the shopping experience and head home.
By the time we got home it hit my boyfriend like a truck. Let’s just say we’re lucky we have 2 bathrooms……but not so lucky as we have quite a mess to clean up. We are going to wait another hour or so to see if it lightens up, but if not we will be heading to urgent care and informing the manager as soon as possible. (If only the phone number worked :/ )
So uh, be careful with the zesty nachos I guess? I don’t remember anything tasting particularly sour or “out of date” but perhaps the meat was sitting for too long or something? a gal stuck on the toilet fighting for her life 😭
(Also side note HOLY CRAP HAVE THE PRICES SKYROCKETED 🤣) inflation is...
