Paid online, went to pick up, was told that they were out of the Beyond orange chicken I had ordered. I drove thirty minutes to pick up my order and nobody called me to tell me about the issue with my order, which would have saved me the trip. This is food service 101. When I asked for a refund, I was told there was nobody on shift that could do a refund for me and that I would have to wait until the manager came in the next day. The shift leader told me to call ahead next time to confirm that what I ordered is in stock, which is bad business for the customer. The customer should be able to trust the online menu which should be updated by the shift leader regularly. The shift leader also told me husband that the manager would call me the next day. The manager did not call me, I had to call the store several times to reach her. When I shared my poor experience with her, she curtly said “I already refunded it yesterday,” and took no accountability for her poorly trained staff. Nobody called me to tell me the refund was complete. I received no apology from her and she blamed the online system for my order being messed up. I am a former manager in food service and am extremely disappointed in this manager. I feel that this location is mismanaged. I feel that my time and money has been disrepected. A customer is entitled to a cash refund on the spot should they not receive their order and shift leaders should be trained in refunds. There should always be someone on shift that can refund and defuse a frustrated customer, especially on a busy Friday evening. Read moreBURNT SPRING ROLLS! I'm use to seeing, yucky ones, that sit there in the window. I would never order those. So, I ordered a 12 piece of spring rolls. Making sure, they at least, MAKE IT FRESH. IT was FRESH, but BURNT SPRING ROLLS! Sure, they are busy cooking meat and other things. That's the easiest thing to make, though. Guess NOT! Hahahaha! The broccoli was NOT FRESH, soggy brown corner. The rest of it was FRESH and CRUNCHY. I placed an a ONLINE ORDER, with them, 2 orders, 1st and LAST TIME!!! I waited in line and noticed the COOLER DOOR WAS OPEN! I see why the VEGETABLES are NOT FRESH! FAST FOOD, FOR A REASON. You can slow it down, a little, OR CARE MORE, right? My friend USE to eat at PANDA EXPRESS, a few times, a week! She no longer goes. Doesn't matter, which Panda Express, they ALL do the SAME THING. PILE FRESH CHOW MEIN NOODLES, on TOP of the OLD NOODLES, that have been SITTING THERE. Lunch rush! There was way to much food, being made. It was already piled high. Yet, they made more and tossed it on the old pile, right in front of us, about a month ago. She no longer eats at Panda Express. She did say, next time, she goes back, IF SHE GOES BACK, she will MAKE THEM grab from THE BOTTOM of the PILE. OLD NOODLES, not to tasty! Read moreOnly if there was the famous no star. I go in to get the family dinner. The First Lady serving up the rice was nice. She asked me what entrees would I be needing. I said broccoli beef. I stood there and watch the entree lady was looking around cutting up the chicken. Mind you there was other people behind me getting their orders of rice so rice lady was doing her thing. Rice lady saw my bowls still sitting there without the entree so she started doing it herself. When chicken lady saw she said oh sorry I got this… 😒 uhm what?! Best part was they literally put nothing but the bottom of the bowl(empty) of pure broccoli. Of course I don’t want to cause a seen other people are trying to get their dinner as well. So I get up to the check out and asked the guy do I get a discount and he asked why so I felt obliged to let him know I should get a barely any meat discount. Then the young man felt it necessary to say sorry it’s comes like that… 🙃🙃 again uhm what?!?! Sir excuse me while I think about all the times I’ve eaten panda long before you were born… uhm nope don’t think that’s how that works. Being cordial I just walked away.
