I had the pleasure of working with Render Delicatessen for a large catering order at an event I hosted for work. Working with Amanda leading up to the event was great; she answered every little annoying question I sent her way, going above and beyond to be helpful and informative. We had a large guest list with an assortment of food intolerances and diet restrictions and, with Amanda's help, we were able to ensure everyone had a delicious meal that met their needs. For the quality of food we received, the pricing of the catering was very reasonable and she made sure to offer suggestions if there were ways we could save money. She also offered useful advice when it came to deciding what to serve and how to serve it. After delivering the order, they stuck around long enough to help us set up the service, answer any lingering questions we may have, and ensured we were successfully prepped before guests arrived. Render is my favorite food truck in Denton. The service is impeccable and prompt; the staff are friendly and helpful; and the food is AMAZING. My wife is vegan, and I like a bit of BBQ every now and again, and this is one of the few spots we can get agree on every time! I highly recommend the vegan dawgs (they have vegan aioli and vegan feta cheese!), and if you're into meat, the brisket grinder and Cuban sandwich are soul-nourishing! Truly a lovely place. The staff is very friendly, and oh goodness the food is amazing! We've had about 4 different sandwiches at this point, none of them have disappointed, their fries are outstanding, the desserts are wonderful, and we absolutely love the "release the kraken" touch of adding a octo-dog to any order. Especially loved the little charm of giving the kraken a plastic sowrd and Red telling us "be careful, he's armed."
