Came here 20 minutes before closing (didn't realize they closed at 9pm and felt bad) on May 21st and was treated with great customer service by the guy on the closing register shift. I ordered the orange spicy chicken and he made sure to point out the differences between the spicy orange chicken and the orange spicy chicken ( orange spicy is teriyaki). Food was flavorful and delicious, decently priced. Paid $29 for 2 bowls, spicy orange chicken for one and spicy grilled teriyaki for the other both with fried rice(extra charge) and all broccoli for veggies(extra charge). Posted a picture of the bowl after I had eaten some, couldn't wait to try it.

We were passing through the city and wanted to eat something other than hamburgers and this place hit the spot! Coming from California, I always appreciate a good teriyaki place. We were impressed by the quality and quantity (2 regular bowls fed our family of 5 with 3 young kids), flavor of the noodles and teriyaki, and fresh veggies options! Love the variety of edamame, potstickers, and other sides available too! The service was great and the owner even gave our kids special chopsticks/fork utensils that you can’t get anywhere else! 😁 If we’re ever back in the area, we’ll be back!

It was a 25+ minute wait. I ordered the spicy chicken teriyaki swapped rice for noodles. They charge additional $2.59 to do that. I thought I ordered spicy chicken. The chicken had no flavor, noodles were soggy and broken apart. The was a crap ton of shredded carrots under the noodles, which should’ve been noodles especially for the additional charge. I went back in to ask for hot sauce and was advised to use the sriracha style sauce because the Mad sauce was $.75 extra. But if I would’ve shoes to make it MAD when I ordered it is an additional $.50. Make it make sense.

Teriyaki Madness has a simple menu, but they're clearly focused on doing it well--the food was great, and I'll definitely be coming back. I had the teriyaki chicken bowl with fried rice and stir-fried veggies, plus an order of crab rangoons to start. The rangoons were a surprise hit--they looked more like mini tacos or empanadas, perfectly crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside. Total comfort food. The chicken had a little more char than I prefer on some pieces, but it was still juicy, and I'm chalking that up to new-opening kinks.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming, even if they were still working through some early hiccups. There was a bit of confusion when we tried to use a BOGO entrée coupon from their app, but they stuck with it until it got sorted out. Once we were settled with our food, multiple team members came by to check in, which was a nice touch and showed they care about the customer experience.

As for the space, the interior is small, and we ended up at the last 2-top table in the hallway by the drink station and restrooms--which sounds worse than it was. It actually wasn't bad, and the whole place had a clean, casual vibe. The prices were fair, and the portion sizes were just right--not too much, not too little. Like Goldilocks, it hit the sweet spot.

I'm definitely looking forward to going back once they've had time to fully hit...

We are waiting for this place to open and then when it did, we went there and the place is very small on the side. There’s not much seating to sit down with your family and eat the food is only OK. It’s not worth the money we spent. We got our food to go and the girls still made a mistake on the order and then she didn’t tell us the correct price and tell us that is a dollar more for noodles after she said you want noodles or rice and then after we pay and we get the receipt, we see the charges a dollar more for noodles and then she told us that it’s cheaper if you get the cookie with the meal, which didn’t make sense we didn’t want drinks so she told us to do a meal and it be cheaper and then we get it for a medium meal and a large meal was $40. It’s freaking crazy the price the food is only OK. They got a long ways to go and the manager is there and she should’ve caught this or talk to the woman when she’s making mistakes on her order we had to repeat the order to her...

This was our first time ever checking this place out. We were in the mood for something new and looked on Google for options. We stopped in on our way home to enjoy lunch. We are certainly glad we did because the food was fantastic! They chicken was tender and flavorful. The veggies still had some crunch but cooked well. My husband had his with the noodles, I had mine with the brown rice. I tried a bite of his noodles and they were delicious! They complimented the meat well and absorbed the sauce perfectly. The best part was the service. The young lady was sweet and explained how they do orders personally to everyone's taste. The only thing I'd suggest is that she spoke up. She's very soft spoken and at times difficult to understand but she was a sweetheart. She even checked on us mid meal. All around we had a great experience and...
