The drinks were good but unfortunately we had a terrible experience with the service and the manager himself who came out to try to teach me a lesson... I asked for no ice in my drink and the person who served me told me that I had to pay extra. I said ok. And then she went to get the manager who came out and told me that I should have asked earlier for no ice (i had no idea they put ice in their drink, they don't mention it is an iced drink). He continued (eventhough I wasn't even arguing or saying anything) arguing that if they take off the ice they have to put more product in the container ( we are only talking here about a tiny bit more tea replacing the ice cubes...) And just like in a grocery store I have to pay extra (I didn't get the grocery store story here...). I wasn't even answering or saying anything except that I eas fine to add more money to the 7 dollars tea to take off the ice... The manager then left without saying bye or being friendly. The tea was tasty and employees friendly though it was very expensive. I got a large honey black fresh tea (iced brewed) and it was over $8 before tip. Pretty insane for just a basic tea drink. The smoothies and slushes were within .50 of the brewed tea cost which just seemed odd for a drink that is cheaper and easier to prepare. On the other hand boba was included on the price, but I just wanted aloe chunks, which was an upcharge. I'm used to places charging for toppings but not at this price point when the boba is baked into the cost. Lastly, I ordered it half sweet and it was still quite sugared up, so keep that in mind. They offer sweetness in percentages so my personal SWEET spot ;) is probably about a 30%.

I'd recommend most of the spots on S Colorado Blvd over this one but nonetheless the tea was tasty. You might find it less overpriced if you're a smoothie person but that...

By a mile my favorite boba spot in Denver 🤤 they have so many amazing flavor choices from milk teas to fresh teas and smoothies! You can adjust the sweetness which is fantastic. The couple that runs it now is just as amazing and Mr. boba who used to run it. It's always clean and there are board games and cards inside if you want to hang out for a while. They are also on the clover app so after 10 drinks you get a free drink! (I have a family of 4 so basically after 2.5 trips there is a free boba which is awesome) they have cute snacks and bao buns as well if you're adventurous. 10/10
