Starbucks — Restaurant in Denver

I did a mobile order, saw that my beverage did not have whipped cream but I did ensure that it stated it on the app ( perhaps it’s an app issue) I let the individual behind the counter know that I would indeed like whipped cream, they kindly did attempt to take the lid off, but then spilled a decent amount of the drink And then left it spilled on the counter. Most likely thinking about remaking or something else. However with the lessened amount of the beverage another member just topped off the drink with whipped cream And I left with less of the drink and most of it in the counter. Then, the second member was about to ring me up as if I did not pay. I’m glad they asked but I will say that it was not the best experience that I’ve had. I typically stick to one Starbucks but I was in a different area. The service was technically good but I feel the situation should have been handled differently. I do not like to waste, but I was at a new Starbucks just yesterday and the member recognized a mistake they made and they remade my entire order to ensure I was happy...

Probably the Starbucks I go to the most in Denver. It’s a smaller location, so it tends to get pretty packed when it is busy. Seeing as it is located right next to a bunch of businesses and somewhat close to some townhomes, it’s to be expected that they would be busy in the mornings and during lunch time. The staff here are so friendly and do a fantastic job making the drinks. There are a fair amount of outlets if you need to come here to work, but they tend to get claimed quickly during the busier hours, so plan to hang out for a few minutes to get a spot near one OR bring an extension cord. People love bringing their dogs by (not in the store but in front of the store) so if you love dogs there’s a chance you’ll get to say hi to some before you head in. I really love this store, I just wish they were a little bigger so they could accommodate their massive...

Of all the Starbucks in the Denver metro area, the Lowry Starbucks is by far our favorite. Their attention to detail is commendable. They consistently get my drink perfect every time, and they take pride in providing excellent service.

What sets this Starbucks apart, however, are the people who work there. We have gotten to know many of the baristas on a personal basis, and they always greet us warmly, asking about our day and making us feel like family. They go above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and known.

It's clear that they genuinely care about their customers, and it shows in every interaction. Even though we don't tend to stay and hang out very often, we always enjoy chatting with the staff while we wait for our drinks. They are friendly, personable, and genuinely interested in getting to know...
