I wasnāt going to leave a review until I saw people ripping on it. Now I have to. It was perfect. Iāve been eating at Einstein here and there for like 15 years. This might be one of the best locations Iāve ever been to. The case was insane, literally looked fake they looked so good. My breakfast sandwich was perfect, every ingredient. My bagel was lightly toasted, fluffy, and had tons of smear. The muffin was as good as I could expect. If I wanted to be like the other mean people all over the internet, they could add some more crumble and maybe the muffin could be 23% bigger. There, thatās my criticism so you know I donāt own the place. The coffee was amazing, itās pricey like any high end spot. Thereās a Starbucks next door which Iāve also gone to, and Iād choose Einstein every time unless I wanted something super unique. Or if youāre one of those āI want a vegan half almond half macadamia nut latte with whip cream made from a baby goat that just made friends with a squirrel on tik tokā kind of person. Which is fine, you do you. Einstein is just quality and delicious. I also got to try the Carmel cold brew and that exceeded expectations, it was amazing. Donāt read too much into the negative reviews, people are horrible. Maybe this place is being managed differently than it was a year or two ago which might explain things I guess⦠but itās good. Just go. If you donāt have anything nice to say, thereās a Starbucks next door. Shut up, put your phone down, and just go there instead. These people work hard and deserve a quality record. The service has become painfully slow and inattentive to the orders due to having too few employees in any location. The staff remains friendly, just overwhelmed. Also. It seems that portioning of toppings is getting reduced. So you aren't getting what you pay for.
Update: for its convenient location to another store that I need to visit I tried again. Unfortunately they are down to a truly negative rating, as in never go. They had 4 employees that I counted, not one smile, not one person that looks like they want this job. I donāt blame them, this is a management, training, and maybe a pay issue. It is 8:49 in the morning, they are or of at least 3 common bagel types already including order everything bagels, out of the jalapeƱo cream cheese, and no apologies or offered alternatives. My order is two toasted bagels there are about 25 people in the lobby and there average wait from the 8 people I asked was over 20 minutes. My order came to me in 16. The employees are getting hammered by dissatisfied clients, which cannot help morale. There is no leadership, no training, and no quality control. My bagel was missing an onion and I was told there is nothing I can do about that now. Please fire or train management, send in a mystery shopper or something. This makes me very unhappy for all...

The only complaint of the food is that the cream cheese-to-bagel ratio is a little extreme. I am one who actually really loves CC - I've even been known to eat it with a fork from time to time - and Einstein's has some of the best! However, usually there is so much extra CC on the bagel, that you could literally spread & cover an entire second bagel! And as far as the service is concerned - I rate it a "2" (which is why I gave an overall rating of 3-stars), due to the fact that some of the employees seem to be more concerned with socializing with their co-workers than they do with actually serving customers. I could spend ten minutes explaining the entire experience, so instead I'll just say to the customer service employees - when you're behind the counter, try to put your full attention on your customers, rather than chatting with co-workers about your day off...and definitely NEVER gossip/speak negatively/share embarrassing stories about other employees in front of us and where we can...
