Pho'king GENIUS! Finally had the opportunity to eat at BoHeo Pho Kitchen and my mind is blown! This is BY FAR the best Pho experience I've had. As a Denver native, we've certainly had our fair share of awesome Pho restaurants, however, BoHeo has set the bar really high. The quality of food, the attention to detail, the creativity, along with authenticity really sets this Pho restaurant apart from others. The broth was incredibly flavorful, beefy, rich, yet super clean. You can certainly tell it's been brewing for quite some time before being served. The slices of meat is meticulously prepared/sliced to ensure the perfect meat to noodle to soup ratio and ensures that every single bite is as succulent as can be. The egg rolls along with the cheese wontons were fantastic starters and trust me when I say these are not your typical egg rolls and cheese wontons. Cafe Sua Da along with the Cafe Trung were so on point we had to order seconds to go. We stocked up on The Chili Smack too.

Going to Pho restaurants with this level of quality is usually coupled with less than standard levels of service. Nope. Not at BoHeo. The service, the staff, the overally energy of this restaurant just made the experience that much better. Definitely a must try when...

I was intrigued because there’s not very many five star pho places in Denver.

So far my top choices are Tony’s Pho and Pho Duy. I was definitely not disappointed to come and trying this place out.

Normally, I always get pho with my woman, but went solo today.

Immediately when I got inside, I was seated and the atmosphere is very pleasant.

Being the white minority is always a good sign.

The restaurant was primarily full of Vietnamese and Koreans.

The menu is simple and concise. I ordered the large pho combo, which is the traditional option that includes brisket, rare steak, flank, rare, beef belly, tendon and tripe.

I thought there wouldn’t be enough room for the garnishes, but there was just enough room in the bowl.

The serving was definitely generous. I finished the entire thing because you know “waste not want not”

Ordered the cafe Trung which I’ve never heard of and it was uhmazing. Imagine fluffy egg white coffee…

While I was eating my food, I accidentally dropped a chopstick(so embarrassing) They heard it and immediately brought me another clean pair. Would definitely recommend for a casual date night or anytime you’re craving...

Bo Heo Pho Kitchen has wonderful pho. The physical restaurant is clean, simple, fresh, and pleasant. The service was efficient and personable. I was impressed with the broth which was substantial and rich, showcasing its beef aspect, yet clean and light (I know that sounds like a contradiction, but it isn’t. You’ll know what I mean when you try it), it was superior to other broths I have had in Denver. The broth was not weighted down with sweetness or overcomplicated flavors. The meat to broth, to noodle, ratio was impressive. I believe I had the meatiest bowl of pho I have ever experienced. My daughter and I chose their thick noodle option and were glad we did. The noodles were present in the pho because they belonged there and not as a filler gimmick by which the restaurant might try to save money (which is what I suspect at many other restaurants). Oh and, the small details matter. When asked for a to go container, the waitress took her time to transfer the broth into one container and the meat and noodles into another. If you enjoy pho, you gotta check...

A Delicious Discovery in Denver During a recent trip to Denver, I had the good fortune to dine at a new restaurant during their soft opening. The place was packed, a testament to its early success. One of the highlights was their 24-hour broth, so flavorful that it disappeared before I could capture a photo. The "house brisket" was another standout. I'm still curious about their cooking technique, but the tender texture and rich flavor were simply divine. The grilled rice combo was a perfect balance of flavors and textures. Grilled to order, it was loaded with high-quality meat. To top it off, their Vietnamese iced coffee was a delightful treat. I even ordered an extra without ice for my morning caffeine fix. The restaurant itself was clean, modern, and spacious. The staff was attentive and provided excellent service. If you're in Denver, this new restaurant is a must-try!

Here for a work trip and I just felt soo dehydrated and dry. I really needed a comfy soup and decided to come here due to the raving reviews. I wanted to try the meatballs but the server told me there isn’t tendon so i decided not to get it. I ended up getting a medium pho dac biet. This bowl was huuuuuge. I definitely got two meals out of it. There was plenty of meat and noodles. I loved that they gave me so many limes. The broth was ok but once I dressed it up with nuoc beo and nuoc mam, it was perfect. Their chili oil is a nice touch too to dip your meats if you don’t want to put a bunch of sauce in your broth. The service was great. The food came out immediately. I like that they leave a bottle of water and your table so you can refill your own water. They were super attentive and answered my requests with a smile. I see why they’re so highly recommended!
