Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Denver

Same look... that's about it. I'm guessing this is because it's in the airport and the airport prob requires the restaurant to use airport staff. Service is decent though not as friendly or fast as you'd expect from a normal chick-fil-a. I don't mind the wait too much, but the food was worse than McDonalds next door. Maybe they're still trying to get their recipe right or something. Anyhow, grilled chicken was chewy and fries overcook. They are trying to be efficient by making a bunch of food early and have it on the rack, but due to the slower service, maybe it'd leading to the poor quality of the food. Anyhow, the good news, lemonade tastes the same as the normal store. One positive. :). Sorry Chick-fil-a, good try and I was really rooting for you... poor execution. Great food as I’d hope from any Chick-fil-A, but what made the difference for me was the INCREDIBLE and friendly service from the staff. Specifically the super kind lady taking my order, I didn’t catch her name but she absolutely deserves a raise. I cracked a little joke while ordering about living some distance from the nearest Chick-fil-A for me so I was super excited for even the airport version and I swear she just about melted wishing me a great experience and and hoping my food would be amazing (it was). You can always hire someone and pay them to be customer service friendly, but she was genuinely friendly and just simply amazing, truly an asset to the store. Would give zero stars if possible. First off the girl that was taking my order would not make eye contact with me and was very rude with every response on top of that I get my drink and it’s the wrong size plus the tea tasted rotten then I get my meal and again wrong size I ask for the correct size and they tell me I didn’t pay for the large even though I was very clear on what I wanted I said fine it’s whatever and went back to the gate my flight was at only to find out they didn’t even give me the right sandwich wrong cheese on it and everything even though when I was ordering I told the idiot taking my order exactly what I wanted she even repeated it back to me but was so incompetent she couldn’t even press the correct buttons in front of her face.
