Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Denver

Not sure what happened to this place in the last 7mos or so, but it's not good :-(. Service is terrible and when you ask for Sprinkle Packets they give you less than 10pkts for a 20piece plus tenders etc order and when you ask for more they say they cant and give attitude :-(. Our order gets been messed up every other time we go. Jus sayin Popeye's Chicken gives you AS MANY seasoning packets you want and service is great BUT we are Church's Chicken fans (it's the BEST chicken when done right)....We DONT want anythin free, rather can a MGR PLLLLZZZZ get this corrected. I'm attachin pics of sprinkle pkts. The reason we ask for so many is becuz AT LEAST HALF of them are EMPTY (theres a pic with seasonin in the pkt so u can see the diff) and get the customer service picked up. I get it's the food industry and many customers are rude to, which isn't right many...

I have to update my review with this Church's Chicken-- as it has changed a tremendous amount in a year. The food quality has decreased quite a bit. Their chicken has been coming out super dry lately. I also don't know what it is about the jalapeno cheese bombers, but every time I order them - I get a different amount. I usually order the large size to share and sometimes I get 12, sometimes I get 15, sometimes I get 10. I could understand a 1-2 piece miscount, but the quantity is always different. This last time I ordered, I got a large order of the jalapeno cheese bombers and only received 3. They charged me over $4 though. I tried to make a complaint but no one cared to get back to me. I just got out of eating at this location, TERRIBLE CHICKEN!!!!! I have been coming to this location for the past 13 years (not kidding). But I wanted to taste the chicken right out of the boiling oil. So I came to eat right at 10:30 when it opened. I was the fifth person. When I was in line I was looking at the chicken and it looked fresh and golden fried, I was excited to eat that chicken. But, to my disappointment when I got it it was between hot and lukewarm 😡😡 it tasted like it was yesterday's and they just put it quickly in the oil so it could get "hot"!!! The gravy tasted like they put water out of a hose that has not been used in a while. Paid over $12 for yesterday's chicken!!!!! Never coming back to this place, I'd rather drive a couple more miles and go Colfax and Peoria for some...
