I wish I could give this place zero stars , our waiter was leigha I believe . I apologize if I misspelled her name but she gave terrible customer service and was extremely unprofessional. Not only did she tell us that we should order our food a different way because the cooks mess with our food .. she would also say "um" a lot but she made us wait nearly an hour for my tia to get her pancakes. Wouldn't even table check , I had to keep getting up to ask A DIFFERENT WAITER to fill our drinks and take our dishes that had been sitting on the table ready to be taken . My tio as well was talking to the waiter and she walked away while my tio was telling her what drinks him and his family wanted to get them the menu when she could've waited till they were finished talking. That was extremely rude. And the dishes stayed on our table until we finally showed that we were upset about the terrible customer service. My mother in law had also ordered pancakes and they also took like 35 minutes to get them to her and when they finally arrived they weren't even the ones she ordered . My mother in law told the waiter they were the incorrect ones because not only were they not even the same color but they tasted sour and she just said "well those are the ones they gave me so... but I can remake them and I won't charge you" we said it was fine that way because if we asked for them to be remade it'd take even longer . The waiter just said "oh" and shrugged and told us that she'll bring her manager which was unbelievable her as a waiter she should know how to handle these kind of situations and not be so unprofessional. Made the place feel very unpleasant . The waiter wouldn't make sure we were done asking for things , we would finish saying one thing and she would right away say ok and leave the table . Even after the waiter told us she would get the manager , we still waited another 20 minutes . We asked the waiter a second time for the manager and she just said " um the manager said they're coming" while walking away from us . We still waited another 5 minutes until my mother in law got up herself and went to talk to the manager . Read moreI was just in this location. I went inside to buy a coffee. Another couple came in after me. And then another guy came in. Both ladies at register were busy. 1 made it clear she had jus started break was still trying to help another customer check out. Now at this time I haven't been greeted by not 1 employee then they proceed to help both customer and came in after me. So at 8mins of being ignored. I walk out and tell me boyfriend what rude treatment I was jus given.. we walk away my boy friend decides that no way cld they have been so mean to me. He walks in an everything's fine. He orders his food. And Sonja requests that he pays for his meal b4 they will even make his order... he pays for order and then communicates how he's done 2 tours in Afghanistan.. And she says qell u look like this guy who dine an dashed 2 times on us last week. An says cuz he's red Sox hat exact same hat as guy from last wk. He says this is a Chicago white Sox hat... then she said we'll it's cuz of that girl u was with earlier... u mean me the girl who sat for almost 10mins waiting to be acknowledged to spend MY HARD EARNED MONEY... and what was so awful about me. Not once did someone look or greet me in 10 mins and they aren't even busy... I mean the 1 server who had jus went to break was doin a cute Lil dance to the song playing. Read more1 star bcuz i cant select 0...so let's see where to begin... I get being short staffed. We are at my job with jimmy johns . but as a assistant manager we require all of our employees to be wearing gloves when handeling food. What I don't appreciate is that I am currently sitting here waiting on my order that was place more than an hour to get my dinner. But on top of it all I am watching what I believe to be a manager handling plates and transferring the food into plastic to go containers and he is using his bare hands to put the food in the containers. That is a health code violation. I haven't even seen him wash his hands once and he has brought 3 other orders up for to go people. No mask!!! No gloves!!! Are we kidding?!!! We are under a state mandate!! I paid almost $55 with a $5 tip for this order and I am hoping to not get sick or food poisoning. Such a Merry Christmas this dinner is turning into. My son ordered the chikn fried steak dinner. Got no gravy. My husband ordered the skillet with over easy eggs they are way over cooked he also ordered a side of sausage which is still raw in the middle. I am providing plenty of pics, and I ordered the ultimate omelette which looks like a ultimate scrambled egg with cheese on top and the inside just dumped in the plate. Very disappointed with this visit. And will not be returning to this location. My husband demanded a refund and I am waiting to see if it happens since they didnt give me my receipt. But thankfully I ordered online an have that info for corporate. I will be calling them an complaining vehemently because I spent a lot of money on this order and didnt get what we ordered.
