The ladies working the drive thru tonight unfortunately had no customer service skills at all, my assumption is one was already having a bad day and we had some questions about the combo prices and what actually comes with a combo if we must pay more for both the drinks and fries when we order a combo, and that was quite frustrating for her, so after handing us our food we noticed we we're missing our third drink, so we waited, she wanted nothing more to do with us, and we tried to honk for her attention, she took others orders and continued to ignore us, soon another lady came to ask what we needed, we told her our drink, tea to be specific, she confirmed that we did in fact pay for a tea and not just making her co-workers life a living hell with our few minute interaction, she filled the cup, tea container was empty as she explained later, but we just saw her disappear with what would be my son's beverage, it was lil bit before she came back with the cup and an awkward smirk between her co-worker, so we asked for a Dr. Pepper instead, if it was sabotaged, which I'm not saying it was but you just never know, ya know, and that was my son's drink, she rolls her eyes and grabs a cup to grab the Dr. Pepper from the fountain where we can see, her Co worker freaks out about that's not what we originally asked for, because again we are like the worst people ever, and mind you we heard that through the closed window, as she handed us the drink I clarified that's not what we ordered but with her co-workers attitude and her taking off with the drink we we're just sketch about it, she clarified she only went to the front to finish filling up the cup because the tea was empty in that area, as I stated before, and that's cool, but again my son's drink, angry people serving me my food, so I'mma play it safe. Her co-worker came yelling out the window, I couldn't even tell ya exactly what she said she just went off, because how complicated we are, and the other slammed the drive thru shut, honestly this whole situation is all about horrible customer service, some people shouldn't work a job doing customer service if they have no self control, we're new to the neighborhood, unfortunately won't...
   Read moreDrove thru for lunch with a coupon yet when they charged me it was about 50 cents too much (I know it is only 50 cents). They kept telling me it was right. I left without taking the food and decided to go down the street for lunch. Instead I turned around and came back to see the Popeye's manager. She informed me that they do take coupons but this one is not in the system yet. She told me she couldn't override the system to honor the coupon that just came in the mail this week. So instead of figuring something out over 50 cents this store and this manager let a customer leave the first time aggravated and the second time mad. Both times without food. About half of the time I have ordered food at this location my order has been short never over. Those are people errors that were corrected though. Over charging customers and not making it right is not acceptable. Needless to say their 50 cents will cost them at the very least my roughly 20 visits a year and hopefully by this review even more!    Read moreOrdered on app for specific pick up time. Got there on time, gave order number and name, went to window. Was handed a taped shut bag with printed order receipt outside. Drove across street to hotel. Opened bag and missing 6 piece bone in wings from order! Walked back across street, showed receipt and the gave me the rest of my order. Leo Getz from lethal Weapon 2 said it best about drive thru. This happens more frequently ordering with apps, they just donât take the time and hope you wonât come back and forget. Food was good, but with the extra walk only some of it was still âhotâ and fresh. Bad customer service using app. Better price? yes, but missing food if you donât check your order before leaving, not worth it. wonât use this location again. Food tasted alright, just disappointed in customer service upfront. They were nice after I returned to ask about missing food, and gave me missing food, just should not have to make two trips to get what I paid for. added one star because they were nice...
