Quiznos — Restaurant in Denver

Love Quiznos! Was one of my first jobs as a kid. I only gave this location 3 stars this time because of the one very obese lady working the register that was so lazy she couldn’t do no salami and instead substitute a little extra pepperoni. The same thing I have been ordering for 20 years. It was ok that I said no salami but as soon as I asked for extra pepperoni she said they couldn’t do it because it was all premade. As she is telling me this her coworker is behind her and slicing the premade pepperoni. I have added a picture of an entire container of pepperoni that could have easily been added to the sandwich I ordered. I just hate lazy and I don’t think lazy people should have a job and especially near our food. This lady definitely shouldn’t have a job when she just sat on her phone the entire time she wasn’t helping a customer while her coworkers prepped and stayed busy. I gave it another shot and came back and had basically the same experience again. Definitely will go out of my way to never go to this...

I went out of my way to get lobster sandwich since store close to me doesn't offer. I ordered thru app. Seen bags behind counter. I was informed someone took my order. No it was given away. So they went to make my sandwich. Ran out of lobster. Watched lady cun tub of mayo in half then pour mayo into lobster container. Apparently she put to much bc she took some out with her hand and put back into mayo. I informed them.that was cross contamination. So they said they were out of lobster and i would be refunded. Can't call store bc it says do complaints on line. Emailed about my refund a couple times. No response. I will have to dispute with bank. There's a reason yall closing down Quiznos shops and this is the reason. I'm never going back to Quiznos. I hopefully yall.the next...

One star is generous for this location. Closest one for lunch and luckily I love quiznos. However I'll never be back. I come in weekly if not almost daily basia and something gets messed up, confused or misunderstood every single time. No exaggeration. Previously my Au jus was forgot. My seafood mixed up with a different sandwhich. If I were allergic to tomato I'd be dead 3 times over. Togo and eat in constantly mixed up. Having worked for quiznos I could probably do better getting behind the counter myself. Appears language barrier is a massive issue. As is lack of Management skills. Never been here in the evening I can only speak of the day crew it's usually the same people but I'll never be back to...
