From the moment I walked in, I could tell that Jorge was not your average fast food employee. First and foremost, Jorge's warm and welcoming smile immediately put me at ease. He greeted each customer with genuine enthusiasm, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere in the restaurant. It's not often that you encounter such a positive and engaging attitude in a fast-food establishment, and Jorge's demeanor truly set the tone for a delightful dining experience. What truly impressed me about Jorge was his remarkable attention to detail. As I went through the process of customizing my burrito bowl, he patiently listened to my specific preferences and executed each component with precision. He expertly layered the ingredients, ensuring an even distribution of flavors and textures. Not a single ingredient was overlooked or neglected, and the result was a perfectly crafted meal that exceeded my expectations. Furthermore, Jorge's efficiency was truly commendable. Despite the lunch rush and a line of hungry customers, he worked tirelessly to maintain a smooth and expedient service. His ability to handle the demands of a busy Chipotle with grace and professionalism was truly remarkable. In addition to his skills and exceptional customer service, Jorge's commitment to cleanliness and hygiene was highly commendable. He consistently sanitized his hands, kept his workspace immaculate, and adhered to all safety protocols, which is especially important in today's environment. Jorge's dedication to his role as a fast food worker at Chipotle was nothing short of extraordinary. His welcoming demeanor, attention to detail, efficiency, and passion for providing exceptional service truly made my dining experience memorable. I believe that Jorge is an invaluable asset to Chipotle, and his exemplary work ethic should be recognized and celebrated. I look forward to returning to Chipotle and experiencing Jorge's exceptional service once again. Thank you, Jorge, for going above and beyond to make my meal...
Read moreI stopped in to pick up.A to go order and my mobile app told me my order would be ready at 7:10 I arrived at 715 the cashier.Let me know that the order wasn't ready and that they were working on it. 15 minutes past the cashier went up to his boss and ask his boss Fernando. If the food was ready, he said he was still working on it and he let him know that I have been waiting for 15 minutes. Instead of Fernando apologizing, he decided to come out on the floor stand over me with the receipt and shove it in my face to tell me that their receipt says that the order was supposed to be ready. At 720 nonetheless, we were past the time that my app told me and past The Times that He was yelling at me for. I asked to speak to the general manager or to have their card. The manager came out.I explained the situation and I let her know under no circumstance Should a manager ever feel comfortable enough to stand over a woman and yell at her in front of other customers in an attempt to try to embarrass that person , especially when they're in the wrong. Then my order was wrong after waiting 36 minutes for a...
Read moreDon’t go to this Chipotle during the COVID-19 pandemic. The employees refuse to cover their mouths with their masks while preparing food. I noticed over half the staff had their masks down when picking up my food and politely said “you know you aren’t properly wearing your masks?” to which I was stared at as if I said something cruel and nobody even responded to me or fixed their mask. I immediately left the restaurant and emailed chipotle support, who informed me that the masks are a required part of the employee’s uniform. CUSTOMERS aren’t even allowed in without a mask right now. Whether you believe masks help or not, this is a state rule and a company rule for food preparation. These employees do not care at all about being safe and sanitary. Also, if the majority of employees at this location are breaking the rule, I have to imagine the owner of this location is advocating for it. AVOID THIS CHIPOTLE LOCATION. Other chipotles in Denver are doing a much better job with...
