I have never been so ignored in my entire life! I really wish I had just gotten up and left. FOR THIS TO BE IN THE AIRPORT THE SERVICE JUST HORRIBLE. I sat down for at least 30 mins with no attn from the bartender after she gave me an iced tea she never acknowledged me again. I KNOW THE MENU ARE ON QR CODES NOW BUT THAT DOESNT EXCUSE BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I wasn't even offered a refill and the woman working the bar refilled a glass of water and took 2 orders right in my face and never offered me a refill or anything else, maybe because she was to busy telling a co worker why they weren't allowed to have phones at work!! She was so into that conversation even I knew what they were talking about and I was on my phone.. Aftet sitting there I just up and left, didn't even pay for the iced tea! Screw them!! I went right down to the very next restaurant and was seated and treated like a king literally at New Belgium Brewing and the service and food was great!!! Better then expected even! And I have eaten at Etai's befors, even during the pandemic their service been never been so horrible. I think they need to train their staff to make sure they are taking care of the customers before engaging in personal or non related work talk when paying customers are in...
Read moreI’ve worked in the service industry for many years and Etais is by far one of the most poorly managed places I’ve ever dined at. We were there on Friday evening and there was a line of people waiting to be seated. There was no host and the servers were clearly busy. Two women that appeared to be the “managers on duty” were sitting together at a table near the entry eating and carrying on a conversation in Spanish, but neither of them acknowledged the line of customers or got up to help clear tables or seat guests. The gentleman bartending was nice enough to clear a table and get a server to greet us. Our server Ray was fantastic, she really is a ray of sunshine as her name implied and overall we had a good dining experience thanks to them, however i was astonished that the managers were still sitting at the table when we were finished and I never saw them lend a hand to any of the staff members during our visit. Coming from someone who knows how a restaurant should run properly it was clear that the managers either didn’t understand their job responsibilities or didn’t care, either of which is unacceptable. The servers and the bartender were working their butts off so...
Read moreI had an absolute pleasure grabbing a bite at Etai’s during a layover at Denver International Airport, what an unexpectedly amazing experience! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt calm and welcoming, which is such a relief in the hustle of travel. The food? Fresh, flavorful, and made with real care. You can tell they put effort into quality ingredients, whether you're grabbing a sandwich, a salad, or one of their warm, comforting bowls. It’s not your typical airport fare, it’s so much better. But what really made my visit exceptional was the service. A huge thank you to Etu, my server, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Etu was kind, attentive, and genuinely warm, something you don’t always expect when you're just passing through an airport. It’s rare to be treated like a regular when you’re only there once, but that’s exactly how Etu made me feel. If you find yourself in the Denver airport, don’t miss Etai’s—and if you’re lucky enough to be served by Etu, you're in for a treat. Thanks again, Etu! You turned a layover into a...
