I have never been so ignored in my entire life! I really wish I had just gotten up and left. FOR THIS TO BE IN THE AIRPORT THE SERVICE JUST HORRIBLE. I sat down for at least 30 mins with no attn from the bartender after she gave me an iced tea she never acknowledged me again. I KNOW THE MENU ARE ON QR CODES NOW BUT THAT DOESNT EXCUSE BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I wasn't even offered a refill and the woman working the bar refilled a glass of water and took 2 orders right in my face and never offered me a refill or anything else, maybe because she was to busy telling a co worker why they weren't allowed to have phones at work!! She was so into that conversation even I knew what they were talking about and I was on my phone.. Aftet sitting there I just up and left, didn't even pay for the iced tea! Screw them!! I went right down to the very next restaurant and was seated and treated like a king literally at New Belgium Brewing and the service and food was great!!! Better then expected even! And I have eaten at Etai's befors, even during the pandemic their service been never been so horrible. I think they need to train their staff to make sure they are taking care of the customers before engaging in personal or non related work talk when paying customers are in...

I’ve worked in the service industry for many years and Etais is by far one of the most poorly managed places I’ve ever dined at. We were there on Friday evening and there was a line of people waiting to be seated. There was no host and the servers were clearly busy. Two women that appeared to be the “managers on duty” were sitting together at a table near the entry eating and carrying on a conversation in Spanish, but neither of them acknowledged the line of customers or got up to help clear tables or seat guests. The gentleman bartending was nice enough to clear a table and get a server to greet us. Our server Ray was fantastic, she really is a ray of sunshine as her name implied and overall we had a good dining experience thanks to them, however i was astonished that the managers were still sitting at the table when we were finished and I never saw them lend a hand to any of the staff members during our visit. Coming from someone who knows how a restaurant should run properly it was clear that the managers either didn’t understand their job responsibilities or didn’t care, either of which is unacceptable. The servers and the bartender were working their butts off so...

I had an absolute pleasure grabbing a bite at Etai’s during a layover at Denver International Airport, what an unexpectedly amazing experience! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt calm and welcoming, which is such a relief in the hustle of travel. The food? Fresh, flavorful, and made with real care. You can tell they put effort into quality ingredients, whether you're grabbing a sandwich, a salad, or one of their warm, comforting bowls. It’s not your typical airport fare, it’s so much better. But what really made my visit exceptional was the service. A huge thank you to Etu, my server, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Etu was kind, attentive, and genuinely warm, something you don’t always expect when you're just passing through an airport. It’s rare to be treated like a regular when you’re only there once, but that’s exactly how Etu made me feel. If you find yourself in the Denver airport, don’t miss Etai’s—and if you’re lucky enough to be served by Etu, you're in for a treat. Thanks again, Etu! You turned a layover into a...

If you need a place to eat and wait for your flight because you budgeted more than enough time for security, I hang out at Etais. It's great that there are variety of reviews. I just read some bad reviews for Etais and I have had different experiences. I traveled somewhat regularly from a gate nearby and have always had very friendly staff experience. It has never been crowded or busy, perhaps a quarter occupied. I like the healthy bread centered menu. I've only eaten in the dining room. Most tables have power outlets and there is a bar at window with numerous outlets. Plate size is small for the price in my opinion. There is variety on menu. Never had anything I didn't enjoy, mostly lunch. Breakfast had less options. I had a smothered burrito ready in 3 minutes. I also recommend the Chicken Basil Club. They do have a to go window for food on the go.

I would give a MINUS if that was an option. Incorrect item served, no effort made to resolve the issue and server named “MILLION” ran after me into the airport to ask for the tip! When I said no I don’t want to tip because I wasn’t served what I had ordered, the server said that I had no choice but to tip. What? The nerve! Menu had an option to order either a Falafel bowl or a Falafel Sandwich. I ordered the sandwich and was served a bowl, when I told them that I had ordered the sandwich, the server took the bowl back and after a couple of minutes came back with the same Salad bowl with a pita bread on the side and tried to gaslight me into thinking that’s what a Pita Sandwich is. I took it as I was left with no choice and didn’t want to indulge in the conversation more. Find the photo attached and tell me if it looks like a Pita Sandwich to you!

This is the saddest excuse for food I have ever experienced!! I got a pesto chicken sandwich on multigrain and guess what - chicken over cooked so much that I could barely chew it - bread soaked in butter (not crispy just wet) and the whole thing was disgusting. I tossed the whole thing out and will never ever try this place again!! I strongly advise against going here! At the same time the staff felt very disorganized and rude. I asked if she could add some tomato to it and got some kind of nonsense about ordering a salad!! Seriously? This is disgusting - please avoid. I sacrificed my well being for the masses to know! Maybe it was because mine was to go. Just be warned!! Also on the monitors they showed an avocado toast with strawberry - yet it was not even available there - according to them it was a corporate decision... good job corporate!
