When I say that this is the best Mexican food i have had since coming to Colorado i mean it. I got an asada burrito and I tried both the red and green sauce with it. First, the meat, grilled to perfection, delicious and incredibly flavorful. The beans were creamy and exactly what I want for a burrito, binding it all together perfectly. There was no skimping on the cheese here! And I got mine with just cilantro instead of the onions and tomatoes too, but the cilantro was fresh and crispy and just the right amount of pop to bring everything together for me. The sauces were not needed to added flavor but the flavor they did add brought everything from a 10 to an 11! The red sauce isn't just good but it's actually hot and the green sauce is bright and tangy and I ended up mixing them and i have zero regrets about that what so ever. This is definitely my new food spot. I didn't take a single picture because I couldn't stop eating. I also want to mention that the customer service was fantastic. They were so nice and while the dining room wasn't massive it was clean and cute and I look forward to returning! 11 out of 10!!!...

I ordered the “birria plate” because under where it says quesabirria it read “3 tacos and one side.” Sounds simple enough, right? Plot twist: I was handed a steaming bowl of soup. No tacos in sight. Just soup.
I explained the mix-up to the manager, Jared, thinking, “No big deal, we’ll just swap it out.” Nope! Jared hit me with the corporate “computer says no” routine and told me the only solution was to buy a whole new meal. Even though what I originally wanted was actually cheaper. Make it make sense.
To add extra flavor to the experience, Jared served up some attitude with a side of condescension. Super rude, totally unhelpful, and apparently legally obligated to charge me again rather than just make it right. I even said, “I’m not going to eat this soup,” but she was unmoved. Maybe it’s award-winning broth or something?
Also—menu design note: why are the soups hiding in the taco section? I wasn’t expecting a treasure hunt. I’m from Texas, where a taco plate means tacos with beans and rice, not a broth surprise.
10/10 would not recommend based on the service. 5/10...
Read moreUpdated: 5 stars to 2 stars I was over charged $3.00. I ordered a quesadilla which I normally ordered with half chicken and half pastor mean and used to pay $9.50 as advertised but today (Jan 16. ) the lady at the register charged me $3.00 for the half and half request.
That was nonsense and didn’t like the fact that they did that. I didn’t ask for extra meat but still got charged for something I shouldn’t have.
This is a beautiful family owned Mexican restaurant. Team of father, mother ( the chef’s) and son (the server, cashier)
The service is excellent and the food is delicious and fresh.
They always accommodate with any changes and add ons with a smile.
They treat their customers like god literally. That’s awesome.
I am fond of their Taco Taliban which is a large size taco in a flour tortilla will alpastor and the Torta. Try the Taco Taliban and La Gringa Torta and you will be hypnotized. Lol
Not just this. This is rated at number 8 from Yelps top 50 restaurants in Denver 2021
I hope they do get all the customers they deserve and grow.
Thanks for the delicious food and will definitely be back again like...
