I've been 3 times, and only had Carnitas and Al Pastor tacos and Asada Papusas. Delicious, done Right. Al Pastor has nice hit of chili, proper salt- didn't see pineapple, odd to me, but flavor was spot on. Carnitas was great too. Not overly fatty, but enough fat for flavor/moisture- good salt.
Great sauces and traditional, simple onion, cilantro and slaw garnish. And cheap! LEAVE A GOOD TIP or stay home!!
Obviously family run, very friendly, big smiles, eye contact, sincere service. You can see Abuelas in the back making Papusas by hand, usually some little ones running around. This is home cooking, comfort food courtesy Mexico and El Salvador- simple and well worth it. Check it out, but don't tell too many...

Until recently I'd recommend this place to anyone in south Denver, but the last two times I've been here I clearly ordered the carne asada pupusa, and instead received cheap shredded beef instead. Spoke with others about it, we frequent the nearby game store, and the general consensus amongst the shop is that their quality overall has dropped significantly in recent months. I and many other gamers will not...

They were out of both carnitas and barbacoa when I went so I had to go with a lesser choice for both my papusa and my taco which was very disappointing. The chorizo was too greasy for a papusa, made the whole plate a mess. The taco fell apart before I could even take one bite.
The salsas a good and spicy though. Love a place that doesn't hold back on food that is supposed to have a kick!
Prices are very reasonable. Service is a little slow. A lot of pros and cons that equal out to it...
