Completely unprofessional. I called to place a phone order because the website said that you could. I proceeded to dial the number on Ultra lounge website. The number was disconnected. I Google searched them again and the google search listed a different number. it rang to a different number which is someone’s personal phone and they allowed me to place my order and told me it would be a 20 minute wait place my order at 7:44 got there at 8:01. Did I forget to tell you guys that they hung up on me the first time that I called?I I walked inside there was no greeter. Where I was informed that they never got my mobile order she just now reading her text message about my order and she can put it in now and it’ll be about seven more minutes. Which again I wasn’t worried about . I waited at the bar to pay my bill. It took her about 3 to 4 more minutes to acknowledge me standing there, even though there were only seven people in the establishment altogether. She came back five minutes later just to tell me back the grease was burnt, so my food was burnt so it would take more time to remake my meal. I informed her that I’ve been already waiting over 30 minutes and she said do you just want a refund. The whole thing is Extremely unprofessional, the servers have no sense of timeliness or awareness of the people surrounding them. So if you want to go and wait 45 minutes for a chicken...
