One thing that I have noticed recently about Panda Express and I have tried 2 different locations that I've been to both the 1 in Hampton and 1 and Aurora I have seen that they have reduced amount of meat that they give they usually would fill up my whole plate with whatever meat. I chose whether Orange chicken or was paging B. For whatever I would take and they would give a pretty good amount of noodles and rice right now. This has switched, and I think the amount of rice and noodles are not enough. With the meat so I'm not really satisfied about that. So, for example, I would get a bigger plate, which I would get half rice half noodles and my choice of meat and usually. My meat amount was so much, and my noodles and rice were so little that I wasn't able to have the combination of 2 of them together, and this time, it was a switch. I had more noodles and rice instead of the meat, so I don't know. Is that a new thing, or should I order extra and pay an extra amount for the meat? So I wasn't satisfied about that and I was curious about it. They aren't giving enough amounts that can cover both the meat portion and then what else or rice portion. Otherwise, the staff were friendly? OK, not so super huge welcoming, but they were OK they were pretty nice, and I feel the quality of the food has kind of come down. Maybe it's just my taste, but I feel like a couple of months ago when I was getting Panda Express. I felt the materials were fresh and they would stay a little bit longer even if I had a for lunch or dinner but recently I have seen that they. Go bad pretty fast. So, I wanted to share that with you guys. Otherwise, the taste is good. I like the new sesame chicken they have brought, and yeah, thank you for looking at my comment. I hope you guys will have a great experience next time you're at Panda...
Read moreIf your store doesn't operate on the hours posted online and at the door, then update the hours. The store hours at open until 9 pm. But when I reached there at 8:30 pm they refused the serve me my order. I got in line and by the time my turn came it was around 8:43 pm. I had asked for a Fried Rice Bowl with Honey Walnut Shrimp, to which I was dismissively told, both are finished, so order something else.
I'm a pescatarian. That's the only thing on the menu that I can order! When I inquired that why won't they make some more I wasn't given any explanation just told they wouldn't make any more!!
I hope it was due to their incompetence that they didn't want to make more and not because of the color of my skin. Either way, a poor, poor reflection of the brand. There was a man whose name started with "T" and a lady who's name I forgot to see who told me they would not make any more.
That's the first time this has happened to me. I've frequented the Panda Express on 16891 E Quincy Ave, Aurora, CO 80012 and 5670 S Chambers Rd, Aurora, CO 80015, and on both the locations if they were out of something they would always make some more.
If this store can't keep themselves operational until 9 pm then close early. Heck close at 5 pm if the people don't want to work. At least that way they won't be disrespecting other people's time who would've wasted an excess of 45 mins for travelling to and from the location and waiting in the line at the restaurant. Or better yet, CLOSE THIS STORE if the management can't keep it operational!
The only other time I went to this location, I had to wait over 35 minutes just to place the order! Doesn’t seem like the management or workers want to work at this location. Even more reason to shut it down and...
Read moreSomeone named "Qiqi" here was very, very rude when I asked her a very simple question.
As I was ordering, she asked "is it together?" Without any context so I asked "what do you mean?". she rolled her eyes at me and got upset and began speaking angrily and quickly. Her body language suddenly changed and she got super defensive for no reason. She was talking to me as if I offended her or something when all I asked was "what do you mean?"
Qiqi, I don't know what happened that made you this way but taking out your anger and frustration on someone who literally didn't do a thing to you is definitely not appropriate behavior for a grown adult. If this is how you treat others, please, either seek help with managing your anger or find another profession where you don't have to deal with customers. If a simple question like that absolutely sets you off, you are in desperate need of help or a career in a different environment that doesn't involve customer service.
The other employees were excellent and the food was alright, but a little on the cold side since I had to wait for a new dish to be cooked. Not your fault, food runs out and needs to be cooked. I understand this.
Qiqi, you're a grown woman. please work on your temper and...
