I typically don’t write these kind of reviews because I would much rather spread positivity, but I feel at this point I have to write an honest review of what I think of the entire Starbucks corporation. This location used to be the most reliable in terms of customer service, and drink accuracy.
Until recently when an employee from a different location transferred and tarnished their whole operation. I can say with certainty that I am not biased, considering that she’s the reason I stopped going to a particular location near my home. She’s the straw that broke the camels back. I’ve purchased a nespresso machine this morning, and HERE’S WHY I BELIEVE EVERYONE SHOULD JUST INVEST IN THEIR OWN ESPRESSO MACHINE AND MAKE YOUR COFFEE AT HOME:
1.) Your coffee will be made the way you like, and you don’t have to deal with any disgusting attitudes to get it! ☺️
2.) You’re saving money in the long run. They nickel and dime you for any adjustment that you make to their flavorless beverages… In this economy? No thanks! 😪
3.) You’ll have peace of mind knowing that you’re not supporting a business who could care less about your business, let alone what you ACTUALLY want or like. Their baristas for the most part will just charge you for the adjustment, and do the opposite of what you want. So essentially, you’re paying more, for them to ruin your morning.
Idk…. Just a thought. Maybe see for yourself how much money you can save by not going to Starbucks for a month. Maybe you can take that mini vacay you’ve been needing.. 🤷🏾♀️ I, for one, would rather walk barefoot on glass before I ever support another Starbucks corporation; and I’ll be planning my mini vacay for sure! 😉...
Read moreI’m not someone who usually writes reviews, especially not 1-star ones. I normally think it’s a waste of time. But this experience was so unnecessarily frustrating that it genuinely deserved one.
I ordered an Iced London Fog this morning and was told it would take a few minutes to steep, which is totally fine. But when I got to the drive-through window, I was told the drink still wasn’t ready and that I’d need to come inside to get it. That might not sound like a big deal, unless you’ve been to this location.
Once you exit the drive-through, you're forced onto a main road with double solid yellow lines, no left turns and no U-turns allowed. There’s no easy way to turn around and go back. I had to drive an entire block, sit through another light, and waste gas I didn’t need to be using, just to come back to the window a second time for a drink I easily could’ve waited three more minutes for the first time.
And when I got back to the window and explained the situation, there was no apology at all. No acknowledgment that they caused an inconvenience or that they could’ve just let me wait. I sit behind people all the time ordering food that takes even longer to prepare, so what was the difference here?
What should’ve been a quick, enjoyable stop turned into a frustrating and completely avoidable 10-minute detour. The lack of customer care made it worse. I won’t be returning to...

These three ladies below disrespected me all because I asked if I can modify an order and the tall lady with a scarf on her head wearing all black, asked me what do you you want the order in a certain way and immediately refused my order because I asked if her manager could do it! Then her supervisor which is the short Hispanic lady with her hands to her waist which she’s on the photo below, immediately came yelling hey hey hey your not gonna talk to her like that without even knowing what the issue was and mind you I promise you I wasn’t being disrespectful, all I asked go head and bring you supervisor!!
Anyways long story short, these employees especially the ladies at this store are very rude and always in a bad mood at their customers that make sure their bills are paid!! They’re always irritated and careless about their job as you can see most customers are complaining about in their reviews. Like how could bite the hands that’s feeding you ??? Very disgusted at their behaviors and will never come back to support them, especially after their store manager offered nothing but an apology.
