Despite a full house, the restaurant was run by just three people – and yet, they didn’t miss a beat. Orders came out hot, correct, and on time. Watching them work so efficiently while still offering personalized attention to every table was nothing short of impressive.

I recently visited Sweet Encanto with high expectations of trying out their Colombian desserts, but unfortunately, it turned out to be the worst customer service I've ever encountered. From the moment we walked in, we weren't greeted, and the broken QR codes made it impossible for us to access the menu. Despite this setback, we decided to order the chocoflan that was on display. However, no one bothered to attend to us even after patiently waiting. To our dismay, one of the workers even gave us a mean stare for no apparent reason. The cups are sticky and the place is filthy. Crepes dough was so oily and greasy, I just tried the worst crepes ever in my life after eating crepes in Dubai, Turkey, Mexico, Colombia and Iraq.
