Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Denver

Placed an order thru the app, thinking if I did so that I’d get a freshly cooked pie. I was also under the impression hot n ready pizzas ended at 8PM. My pickup was 8:10PM. I even tipped, FOR A PICKUP ORDER, hoping they’d take extra care in making me a good pie. Nope. Wasn’t even hot n ready, room temp & stale, would be a better description. This pizza had to be a minimum of an hour old, I’d say probably even 2 hours old. Anyone working in this store 10/13 evening hours, all store managers, owner(s), you should be absolutely embarrassed. Good pizza is hard to come by in CO. LCs was my go-to for years(not this location) but after this I will probably not step foot in a LC ever again. Even if I wanted a hot n ready pie, this would be an embarrassment. As you can see in pics, bare spots with no cheese. This was supposed to be Detroit/deep dish style. Lol!!!!!! It’s a 1/2” thick in most places. I can think of 2 pizza joints whose thin crust is thicker than this. I am someone who doesn’t throw out pizza. I eat it all. For all intents & purposes there is no such thing as a bad pizza. I’ve been proven wrong. Ate 1.75 pieces of 8 pieces & to the dumpster it went. 100% the worst pickup pizza I’ve had in almost 45 years of...

I love this Little Caesars because they do treat you pretty cool and if you order the pre-order setup they have now with the automated drawer that opens and gives you your pizza and you grab your soda it's even better you don't even have to talk to anybody and when your name comes app you don't have to wait in mind you just wait for the door to open pull your pieces out make sure you grab yourself a good couple liters of pop,and your gone w hot fresh pizza . I did see one thing that I really like late at night and that was the fact that they gave all their leftover pizzas to these homeless people that were walking around and we're obviously starving and Little Caesars gave those pieces to them and I thought what a good gesture that's good customer service could you never know I mean people that pay they have family members that are homeless and it reflects on the public how you treat people and they do a pretty good job of treating you with fairness as long as you treat them...

This place is awful , rude employees, most definitely a rude manager who needs to lose their job. I placed an order , the door dasher had on box when I order 3 pizza. He called customer service was told to call the store. I called the customer service got 65% refund back. But I still call the store to let them know that we did not get the rest of the order. The manager had an attitude , was trying to blame the dasher when it wasn’t the dasher fault. I yelled & cuss at the manager. Then , they re make our food for free. My fiancé went up to get it. They was talking trash , about us was very uncomfortable very unprofessional at it finest. The manager needs to get FIRED ASAP NEED NEW EMPLOYEES that’s professional or this place needs to be shut DOWN IMMEDIATELY. I don’t recommend this place please go...
