I would give a negative number if I could. I went in to the location on Krameria and Colfax and specifically asked for something and did not receive that order. I called the store because I had already jumped on the bus to where I had to go and dealt with one of the worst conversations I have ever had to deal with in my life. First I began to explain what was going on and somewhere in the process the person on the phone handed off the phone to someone else without making me aware of the fact that I was talking to thin air. Then I asked to speak to a manager because I was frustrated at this point and I was asked to hold. While on "hold" I could hear the employees discuss the situation with me on the phone in Spanish where I could hear them assuming that I could not understand them. Then someone got on the phone and asked me to call back after 10:30 am to speak to a manager. I asked if there wasn't a manager there and the person on the phone who's English was strained said they were a manager. First why does a "manager" have such difficulty with English and second if they were truly a manager why would I need to call back to speak to a manager? So... they got my order wrong, I dealt with poor customer service, poor phone etiquette and dealt with reverse racism and was lied to. I have since tried to contact headquarters, tried to speak with someone that can deal with this now and spoken to Wendy at the store to no avail. My money back is the least of my worries. I plan on contacting a lawyer and the NAACP so I can get justice. I just had to deal with racism and PAY for it!!! In this day and age this is crazy!!! Plus I am being blocked from speaking to some one who can properly...
Read moreI had an hour to kill so I thought a quick burger would be nice. It was neither quick or nice. Before I even sat down to pull my phone out to check my app and see what deals I had, I had a security guard hovering over me telling me to leave cause I didn't order. I told him what I was doing and he continued to hover over me until I had to tell him to get away from me. After standing in a 3person line for 20minutes, I went to order and gave the manager lady the code the app provided me. She with no explanation said the code is for earning points. I tried showing her my phone and with great impatience told me it's not her fault I don't know how to use my phone. She then walked away and kept helping everyone but me. I redeemed points again and waited another 10 minutes then she took my order and started lecturing me right away. Again, I had to tell her to stop I was there to argue with her. Then Mr.Security guard tell me people are waiting and hurry up. Like I hadn't already killed my hour and hadn't even got food yet. By this time I don't even want to eat anymore. It takes a lot to upset me, but the horrible customer service was enough to do that. McDonalds food is the same everywhere but the service is not. Just due to the horrible service I say avoid this location at all costs. Funny how Ms Manager and Mr.Security guard both refused me their names upon request. Boooooo Boooooo!!! Back to Burger King I guess! Not cool, learn some respect you two, I know it's a thing of the past, but you are in the food service industry, key word: SERVICE!! If you don't like people get a new job!...
Read moreI'm just going to say upfront that I've witnessed one of the worst displays of professionalism ever at this McDonald's.
On a Saturday afternoon, I walked in when THERE WAS NO ONE IN FRONT OF ME, and the person that I assume to be the Manager, looked right at me, and left the counter to do God knows what. I stood there for 10 minutes until some random girl at the back asked me if I've been helped (the Manager standing there the whole time and not doing anything). I said no, and then she finally came to take my order.
While I was eating my food, a customer marched in, angry because he was asked to pull forward at the drive-thru, where he waited for 15 minutes and not received his food. All he asked was "where is my food?", to which the manager told him to, "calm down". The customer responded, "I will if you would just give me the food that I ordered." The Manager then said sorry, but the customer just wanted his food. I then watched as the Manager began to patronize and mock the customer. The customer threatened to report the incident and told the Manager to "go to hell", in which the Manager responded by saying, "see you there."
I witnessed the whole thing and I don't blame that customer one bit. Since then I, myself have reported this to McDonald's corporate.
To the owner of this place, I say this: You need to get in here and regulate man. This staff works both Saturday and Sunday afternoons, and waiting a long period of time and not being served has happened to me more than once. Please do...
